The food and ambiance is good but the service was very slow.

We haven’t been to a Cards game in several years and had not been to Ballpark Village yet so we decided to come early to the game today and get some lunch. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table and the hostess was very nice. Unfortunately that’s where it pretty much ended. We waited at least 10 minutes before our waiter finally came and asked what we wanted to drink. I was just about ready to go looking for someone. Also the food menu was very limited, which is fine but what we ordered was just ok and cost more than what was on the menu. I should have asked or looked online sooner but noticed online later that there were other things on another menu we could have ordered that we probably would have enjoyed much more. We had waited so long when the waiter finally showed up that we were already ready to order food. I’m not sure what was wrong with our waiter but he seemed like he was angry at the world. He disappeared for long periods of time and we even joked that we had better ask for our bill as soon as we see him again or who knows when he’ll be back. The atmosphere was great and I’m sure if we had a different waiter or waitress and were offered the complete menu, we would have enjoyed it much more.

We made reservations for 5:30pm when the Cardinals were not in town. It was not very busy at the restaurant and we still waited at our table for more than 20 minutes without anyone coming to greet us or even bring a glass of water. So we left and took our business elsewhere.

The burger looked and tasted like a frozen burger and my fries were cold. Bloody Mary was really good. Service was just ok. My wife liked her chicken and waffles.UPDATE: I reached out to owner below, he never responded...

Josh Morrow and crew at Sports & Social did a wonderful job taking care of our group of 8 today before the blues games. They went above and beyond. Thank you!

Amazing service and food.

Great service and very friendly! We sat at the bar and we felt with the same bartender the majority of the time. She was great!We had a little mixup when ordering and someone's food came out separately, but she took care of it quickly and even made up for it's bit!

We made reservations because last time we were told we had to. Even though they were rude last time we wanted to try the place. It is super cool inside. Our server was basically non existent. He didn’t wipe the table even after being asked. It took about 10 min to be asked for our first drinks. Several more minutes before we got them. When he returned he only took 2 refill drink orders and bolted before I could ask for mine, my drink was clearly empty. When came back with the other drinks he seemed bothered I needed one. He forgot to bring said drink so I sat there for about 10 min with no drink. Then he came up and said “did I put your drink order in” clearly no. Then he brings me a drink but in a plastic cup and told me they didn’t have anymore glasses. 10 minutes later he brings another drink out in a glass and said it was a mistake did we want it. But it was the exact same drink that I had ordered so I wonder if he just left it on the counter. He brought our food with no utensils or napkins. We sat there for about 10 min. It was finger food but still we needed napkins. He finally flew by and I asked for napkins again and be brought little bar napkins not dining napkins. About 3/4 of the tables had reserve signs but there wasn’t anyone there for the 90 min we were there so it wasn’t busy. There seems to be plenty of staff. Needless to say it was underwhelming and disappointing. Before you wonder if I’m a Karen or was rude to him. I’m in the service industry too and am very understanding of what’s going on. This young man clearly did not know how or want to do his job, this and the previous rude experience from the host stand concluded into a decision not to return.
