We spent 20 minutes waiting for a menu. I suspect it would have been longer if we hadn't left. We won't be back.
Great little classic diner to get a quick bite and fill up. Service is very friendly.
We recently had breakfast at Spencer's and can't wait to go again!! It's a small diner so we chose to go mid morning during the week. Wise choice because we sat right down and got waited on. Service was fast and friendly and food delicious. They have the best pancakes!!! Sausage and eggs also yummy and great coffee. Such a treat, close to home, reasonable...in the heart of Kirkwood!
Great food! Have to try the pancakes. Good atmosphere always busy with quick service food was terrific and the service was the same. Would highly recommend and will be a regular treat. Much better thank your typical breakfast chain with their own touch and amazing food.
Wonderful "greasy spoon" diner. They've got all the food you'd expect, and some nice surprises, like scrapple and slinger. It's a bit cozy, but we'll worth cramming in. I love this place! 10/10 will be back a bunch
Food was good, service was great. All kids in highschool working very hard.Felt like an old school diner without trying too hard.
Wonderful little diner. Very tasty comfort food options. Love the biscuits and gravy and the staff are young high energy men and women. Great atmosphere and food. Could not recommend it more.
Stopped in for an early morning breakfast. It was fine, but not nearly as good as others around the STL area. Biscuits didn't taste very fresh. Chili was really thick, not very hot and not much taste. Only the shredded potato hash brown stood out. Overall, it was an average experience, which I guess it what most people expect at a diner.
Great food & awesome customer service. I asked if they had bottled water & the waitress said no let me see if we have some next door...she came back w 3 small bottles.This was a blessing as my college child needed water for train ride back to school?
What a great original diner! A jewel to have in the neighborhood. Besides great food and better service they are reasonably priced!
