Ordered two sandwiches one 12” one 7” and specified the toppings on the 7. I called in anyway to make sure they had it correct and that the 7 had the toppings. The person that answered said yes I’m looking at your order now. Once I got back to work the order was wrong. I politely asked the manager to replace my sandwich and he said bring the other sandwich back. ? sir I’m at work now. You all have inconvenienced me and now you want me to sit here and save the sandwich until the next day to return it to you? You can’t give me one 7” sandwich for free for YOUR mistake. I’ve ordered often and won’t again. I think that’s unreasonable. Plenty of people would not inconvenience a customer for their mistake.
Not a bad place to grab a sandwich food is good and employees are friendly. Lil pricey but so is everyone these days.

The sandwich was good, but they made me choose a different name for my order because I shared the same name as a previous order. Little weird.
I bought a sandwich and got a little bit of soda in my water cup because their smallest size is too much sugar for me and this lady that worked there sat down with me and questioned me on why I stole soda. This was 4 months ago and I have made it a promise to never give these people anymore of my money.

First time here. Very disappointed. Spent $30. Ordered a novice BLT sandwich, a foot long brisket and swiss, and 2 cups of soup, no drinks. Waited 30 mins, which I felt was a little long but was eager to try figuring the wait would be worth it. The BLT had 3 slices of precooked store bought in a box bacon breath. 7 slivers of shredded lettuce and 2 tomatoes. No sauce, no love. Keep in mind the bread is sub bread so its thick! You could barely taste the meat! The brisket and swiss was good but cold!! Had plenty of meat but nothing was warm, not even the bread, they must have toasted it in spirit. The only reason why I am giving 2 stars is because the soup was delicious and hot. We both ordered the red pepper gouda bisque which was hot and delicious and then the guy informs us that next time we come we should ask for parmesan to be sprinkled on the bread. Ummm maybe you should have suggested that before you packed our orders? ? I will give this place another try but right now they are headed towards the Do Not Return list!
When the sandwiches come made to order, this place is second to none. With that being said, that seems to be 50% of the time. Gets old getting home to find out half of the requested toppings/condiments aren’t there. Especially for a $15. This goes for any location.
Great sandwiches. Staff has always been nice and seem to care about what they do. I have been many times. The location, now for place in the city is great.... it's the location the building itself... it's had to drive in/out of the lot, homeless panhandling everywhere, and tons of traffic. Also on a hill...once had our car while parked slide due to ice , all the way down the side of the building in the lot. In best way to say it, it's Chaos if you're a driver.
