What nice staff! They were explaining to me the different types and we’re so kind and patient. Manager Mo went the extra mile and made my husband a new smoothie since he dropped his walking out the door LOL.
Try before you leave. I normally get the peanut power plus with chocolate. I’ve had it several times from other locations, and it’s usually flavorful and creamy. The one I got from this location was watery and tasted like chalk water. It was definitely missing several ingredients. It was undrinkable.
Mo was a very nice worker to me and my friends and serve use with all our drinks and we had very much fun
I have been coming here for over a year now 2-3 times a week. In the beginning, it was hit or miss but they’ve made some staff changes and now every time we come our smoothies are spot on. Everyone has been nice, but Mo is so unbelievably friendly. I actually went home the first time I met him and told my husband how refreshing it was to have someone so friendly and welcoming when these days it’s so rare.We always add some additional fruit and protein and other locations cannot seem to get the mix/changes right. Mo always makes ours perfect.When we are always busy and on the go it’s nice to know we can place an order on the app and it will be ready to go when we get there.Looking forward to our next one!
While this store has been great for years, the past few months they have stopped even trying. Twice in the past month I have pulled up around 730 AM and no one has answered the drive through, to check and see if anyone was inside I have looked and the place lacks employees who care.It’s sad when ownership is unaware they are being robbed by their own employees.
It's a smoothie place. Good to go. As long as they don't have any terrible employees.
We've waited literally over 30 min. We are still in line. It took nearly 5 min to even get someone to take our order.
Love this location, I just wish the app allowed us to add on on a tip for the delightful workers when we use it to order ahead.It is a shame how much $$ they are not getting because we cannot able to tip them on the app (ithas a spot to add one, after all!) like so many other Smoothie King locations allow us to do. I usually buy something else when I get there with my card just so I can tip, which is not totally ideal. Most people do not have cash these days either, please let the employees get more tips we want to give those to them, they deserve it
Super awesome smoothie with super friendly staff and super convenient drive through.
I’m not one to leave a review or complain but we just left there and our smoothies are terrible. We usually love Smoothie king but paying $14 for something I can’t even eat is a little ridiculous. My wife and I requested add ins and they were not added. My wife’s smoothie flavor is completely unrecognizable ?
