Don't get me wrong I love Smoothie King BUT this is the 3rd time I've come to the Forest Park location to find its hotter than a sauna, the employees (high school kids) are working their butts off in the sweltering heat and I, the customer, am sweating within 5 minutes of being there. I asked if they were allowed to turn on the air and found out the air conditioning was broken for weeks! That's unacceptable and a possible OSHA violation. I can't help to wonder why this location was allowed to be treated this way. The Brentwood location is always nice. The employees at the FP location are actually nicer, very sweet kids. Why leave them with no air conditioning when we're going through a heat wave? This just unacceptable!!

I met the most incredible soul and kindest lady, Anisha, working on Saturday at 8pm. Great customer service! Made the experience amazing and can’t wait to come back to see her.

Me and my fiance stopped at smoothie King before taking me to the er and I requested through the app for no bananas in my chocolate hulk because I'm allergic. Unfortunately they didn't do as requested and I broke out in hives right in the emergency room. Not only that now the restaurant wont answer the phone after my fiance requested to speak to a manager. He was told they didn't have a manager on duty which as a former store manager I don't see how you can operate with no management but ok..... Lawsuit

I like this smoothie king a lot better than the downtown location. Most of the smoothies I receive are just how I want them.

Worst experience with smoothie king. Came in to get a smoothie. The cashier said that she can’t take my order i should go outside and order by Mobil before she lets me in the store. She was very rude, and went to open the door and wait for me and three other customers to get out. I said well it says nothing about placing a order before u can be let in the store. She said her manager doesn’t want people going in and out the store because she is the only one working. If this is a safety precaution then why doesn’t the manger ensure more than one person is working? Also after u place a order you still have to go in the store to pick it up so it makes no sense ? Also she is just very very very very very rudeeeeee. The way she spoke to people was unbelievable. Will never come back here

Easily the worst customer experience ever. I didn’t even get a chance to think if I want to order something or not before the dark skinned girl kicked me and my friends out the store.She said we have to stay otherwise and do mobile order or call only. No ordering at the desk. No customer allowed to use the bathroom at a SMOOTHIE place (that sells you liquid but doesn’t allow you get it out your body). Then she proceeds to hold the door open and repeatedly yells that we should go.She should be fired. Policies should be changed. I’m only visiting St Louis but I will definitely never come back to this place.Also my friends said the smoothies tasted nasty.

The lady at this location was so rude, a short dark skin lady with curly hair. . On May 20th around 6:30pm the store was not closed but she locked the door on 6 customers. When we notified her we want to place an order and we were angry she eventually opened the door and her excuse was the manger does not want customers in and out of the store. This does not make sense because if you have a business you should expect that customers need to enter to buy. The smoothie was disgusting it tasted like spoiled fruit with stale milk. Worst smoothie king customer service ever!

Went in on a Friday evening at 7pm the lady closed the door on us 5 customer she was utterly rude saying we can't enter the store because her manager doesn't want ppl going in and out of the store. Then why is the door open isn't this a business. The lady lacked customer service and don't know how to deal with customer will not be spending my money here ever again

The team at this location is always the most friendly! I have placed both mobile and in person orders and the team is speedy regardless of the order's avenue. I appreciate being acknowledged when I walk in! The smoothies are fantastic as well!

This smoothie king is sinking fast! I placed an order today on Uber Eats and the driver called and told me the store was closed! The store opens at 8 and this was at 9:35!!! The shelves are empty, there is always very little staff… I need them to get new management or something. I ordered and will continue to order my smoothies elsewhere!
