This location is never open. It is almost like they make their own hours. In addition, when you get there you wait 30 minutes or more for a smoothie or they don't have ice. I love smoothie king I just wish this location had some consistency.
So i left there around 2:50 6/30/22 and that’s because i left the line . first i sat 6 minutes before anyone took my order and i had to get his attention by saying hello in the speaker box. no "hello welcome to smoothie king let me put you on a brief hold" then when my order was taking i sat another 10 mins and the car before me was still there . i got there at 2:33 how long does it take to make smoothie line wasn't long three cars one infront of me and one behind me . i love smoothies was happy when this location was. open by my house need better costumer service and more speed three cars !
I ask for a veggie blend smoothie. She didn’t even know it was on the menu board. I had to repeat my self three times. She finally got it, and she couldn't add the enhancer fiber to the smoothie. I also ask to have the banana replaced with strawberry. Then she said it's too much of a hassle. Very poor customer experience, that's for sure...
Got my smoothie here today by ordering in advance, no issues with the order or the staff, but my comment is to the owner/manager: why is there nowhere to seat for customers OR the staff? I came in, asked if there is anywhere to seat, and the employees said no, unfortunately, we are on our feet all day ourselves. That doesn’t seem right unless there is some reason?..
I go here all the time and for the past month the i had to get my smoothie remade because it was either to watery or just not right
Love this place. Sometimes this place is closed when its supposed to be open. It's frustrating, but when you do catch them, it's well worth it.
Delicious healthy smoothies. Yes sometimes they are out of ingredients and short staffed causing longer times, but the quality is still good and the location is so convenient, I'm glad its here! I stop by here after a run and it's a refreshing treat
One star is too good for them !I ordered online . When I got to the store and picked up my smoothie it tasted horrible , after questioning the maker they confessed they did not put my yogurt in as requested and paid for or did they put in bananas because they were out of them .They would not refund my money , I'm now going through days of hassle hopefully we can avoid Court .
DO NOT GO HERE!! 30 MINUTES AT THE DRIVE THROUGH FOR 1 SMOOTHIE!!!UPDATE: DID NOT EVEN GET WHAT I ORDERED WHATSOEVER!!!AND… it took them ten more minutes to go get a strawUPDATE NUMBER 2: they couldn’t figure out WHY I wanted a straw!!!
I knew better than driving to smoothie king because it was close to home. If it's not busy time they never are answering the drive through. I even called and pulled up to the window and nothing. This has happened multiple times. Once i pulled around and every single worker was just chilling outside. I'm literally writing this now at the drive though. I should've just gotten my drink from the McKnight location when I drive past it.
