Today my husband went to the location in Ladue he ordered two double stack burgers, fries and a drink. My burger and fries were drowned in salt. We tried to call because we live a ways away. We were not able to get a person. I'm super disappointed. I couldn't enjoy my food. My husband deceived to make the long drive back. They replaced our entire order no problems. I'm pleased at how well the corrected our order, but I would like to bring to your attention to becareful because some of your customers travel a ways. Thanks for the correction
Kids love it as usual.Update: Today, on 5/7/22 the service was beneath McDonalds as the rep slammed my shakes and drink on the counter after inquiring about it. She was very nice to the White lady and child before me. The rep was black. I will only go to the CWE location from now on. If my kids didn't want it, I would just gotten a refund. Also tired of being force to tip for worse service. ????????
First visit to any of their locations. Burger was good but didn't live up to hype. Menu options rather disappointingly limited - no onion rings, patty melt or other choices. Interior was very nice, though - good atmosphere.
The bacon with sweet peppers is really tasty. Ate outside to get some fresh air. Anthony came by to check on us and got me a refill on soda. Very friendly and courteous. Thanks Anthony, you make a great addition to the Shake Shack team.Only two complaints, you have to be little to sit in the booths inside. Table and bench really really close. Second, we find the prices are a little high for a fast food place. $3.00 for a very small order of fries. My single patty with bacon was $7.69. My husband's single burger was $5.69 and his small shake $5.69. All in the meal was $28 for fast food.
Burgers great got mushroom and cheeseburger but fries were cold
Food tasted awful bad. Sizing was small especially for the price. I could have ate same stuff at McDonald’s and saved 25 dollars and probably wouldn’t be as messed up as I am right now dam stomach doing loops and barrel rolls sad part I only took two bites of the burger and only ate like 10 fry’s covers in cheese. Feels like I ate six rotten burgers topped with garbage for sauce!
My first time there. we got it to go. It was a little above average, but not what it has been hyped up to be. My burger had hard edges, beyond crispy. Fries were hard and no salt. shake was the best part of the meal. $60 for three meals is way overpriced. And they initially packed the shakes in the sane bag as the hot food! I had them take them out and put into a drink carrier. Who puts cold and hot together? It is adequate, but I will not go back for those prices.
Today was my first time trying Shake Shack and it was awesome! Our family each got a different item off the menu and we loved all of it. My daughter is obsessed with the Buffalo chicken sandwich. So good! Quality food and exceptional service. The staff was super friendly and helpful, as well. We are so excited for the one in Chesterfield to open!
First experience was great over all. Ordered online, kept me updated during the entire process and even told me where to pick up(walk up window, inside, etc.) Quick service once I arrived. Burger, shake & fries were all delicious. Will definitely order again!
