Let’s start with the good. Mac and Cheese, Brisket and fries are awesome! Pulled pork is good, but not amazing. Now with the bad. The ribs are awful! Just dry and tough. I have had better ribs between 2 pieces of bread at the golden arch place. They also have a flavorless cheddar popover that you should try and trade for something else…
Food was absolutely amazing! You have to try the beef fat fries, and the drinks were delicious. Staff was quick and absolutely hilarious. Our waiter was fantastic and so personable. 10000% recommend
I've had the opportunity to both dine in and have delivery from this fantastic restaurant in the last month.The dine in was on a Friday night, parking was tight, but the issues end there.Immediately seated and drinks were delivered quickly. We were given ample time to peruse the glorious menu. The waitress was helpful and very pleasant.The food was excellent. The brisket sandwich was ordered as stated on the menu and I wouldn't change a thing! I treated myself to the meat fat fries and was not disappointed.I have since ordered for delivery, same brisket sandwich but with a side Caesar salad.The packaging in which the food was sent was above and beyond the expected.Items were packaged separately to be assembled when received. Kept everything extremely fresh not soggy!Highly recommend this restaurant for good food, well prepared and served, and fairly priced.
Been here a few times and always get good food and friendly service. Usually get a sandwich but last time I had a pulled chicken plate which was equally good. Only gripe is the bacon cheddar popover was fairly bland and not sure it added anything to the meal. It may have been a bit overdone. But I'm not eating popovers regularly enough to know what is considered proper doneness.
Phenomenal. The best brisket I've ever had. The Mac and cheese is rich and unique. The fries are crispy and flavorful. Hands down my favorite food in St Louis
BBQ with four different sauces and wet wipes as napkins - that's confidence for a finger-licking good experience! I ordered the platter of shredded pork with coleslaw (vinegar based with apple slices) and mac and cheese that the waiter told me would change my life. He was right! Excellent portions - not too much and definitely enough. Also note that they have and impressive alcohol listing, especially Bourbon. Quick and friendly service!
A little pricey for BBQ but it everyone's meal was delicious! Would definitely recommend and eat there again!
Stopped for lunch. BBQ was great - we had brisket and chicken. Kale salad was yummy. Toasted ravioli good. And my husbands side of Mac n cheese so delicious. Great bourbon selection as well!
So good!! We had a big group and the waiter was awesome even took our picture for us ??? I also got the brisket but i ate it fast and forgot to take a pic lol
Service was great and fast! Meat and sides were delicious! The cinnamon ice cream is so good as was the peacan pie, but the apple pie wasn't.
