Wonderful place to have dinner with my friend. Food was full of flavor.

I tried this place for the first time the other day and was super impressed! The vermicelli salad was so delicious and flavorful. But the spring rolls that came with it were some of the best I’ve ever had. They were so flaky and tasted homemade. My fiancé and I couldn’t stop talking about them the next day.

Yikes. I’ll start with the food. I asked if the dumplings were handmade and told that everything is made there. However, for 12.00 I was served 5 dumplings that are indistinguishable from the ones you buy in the freezer isle. Second- the entrees are served with TOO MUCH FISH SAUCE, which is a common mistake- but when I pay 20$ for a chicken dish IT SHOULDN’T taste like fish. I cook with it all the time- it’s not supposed to make your entire plate taste like fish. Next- service. The server didn’t bus ONE DISH, didn’t refill ONE GLASS, and didn’t drop check or check on us or pick up menus. So- when you consider paying a high price for the area, but are more traveled and not stuck in St. Louis, I warn you now, this place only has high ratings because this AREA rates “expensive” food better. I’m serious, it’s a phenomenon- but I’ve lived here 5 years now- there are PLENTY of places with slightly lower ratings, (only because the prices are better) and better food VERY CLOSE BY.

Had N6 a egg noodle soup with some beef and other tasty things in it. Quick service, nice outdoor seating. It hit the spot and was just what I wanted. This has been a longtime staple on Euclid that has stood the test of time, for good reason

You must go here! The food is fantastic and they are so friendly. It’s just masterfully done and the food presentation is exquisite. Your tastebuds will be jumping for joy!

This place is not worth it’s 4.5 star standing. The customer service and people at the restaurant were all very nice and professional. The issue is 100 percent the food! This was the worst Vietnamese food I have ever eaten/seen in my life! We ordered several dishes because this place was highly recommended. The chicken wings were disgustingly sweet, not a note of spice or flavor except the poorly executed orange sauce (yes Chinese orange sauce). The salad Goi Tom Ga was an over priced joke for the amount of errors made in a simple salad. The shrimp was poor quality and quantity, it was incredibly salty/watery. Not to mention these already small shrimp were sliced in half, making the disgraceful portion, just insulting. The rest of the salad was equally as salty and watery without any other flavors. The chicken was boiled and soaked in a terribly sweet and salty mixture. Finally, the “Pho” this was the absolute worst excuse for pho that I have ever seen. The noodles way over cooked and soggy/mush, the broth was flavorless not even close to what a beef bone broth should taste like. Also, the broth was warm at best. The steak was decent and the meatballs were awful. The only item ordered that was edible was the Cha Gio (crispy spring rolls). They were at least cooked to order.

I just ate here for dinner and was not impressed. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and courteous. Service was really nice. Unfortunately, that didn’t make up for everything else. The food came in small portions, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing if your prices reflect that. But these prices were extremely high. We ordered three meals, two appetizers, and only drank water, and our total came to almost $100. The food was just okay. It was bland with not much flavor. You had to smother everything with soy sauce or sriracha to actually be able to taste your food. We didn’t have any leftovers to take home, which would have been fine, but for $100, I want leftovers. There was also not much ambiance. I suppose the look of the restaurant reflected the food the was served, boring and bland. No booths or atmosphere, just a bunch of tables and chairs in a big open room. Moreover, they charged me an automatic gratuity AFTER bringing me a bill that didn’t include it. Little did they know that I probably would have tipped them more had they not done that, because as I stated before, service was great, and our waitress was kind and attentive. But if you charge me an automatic gratuity, especially without notice, you’ve lost my business forever.

My friend and I had dinner there last night and we had the best service and positive experience. The waitress was so kind that served us. Would highly recommend the vermicelli noodles with crispy fried tofu and veggie spring rolls.

Just had a great dining experience at Cafe Saigon! Super friendly staff - every single person! Kristina and Hanah were my terrifically amiable servers. Food was superb as well! The patio just opened - quaint but great!-CanineMan

First time in St Louis. We traveled all day and got into town late. This was in walking distance of our air B n B. The food and service were wonderful. We had Pho and an appetizer of spring rolls. Everything was excellent.
