The staff was friendly but the food was pretty bad. The tacos had no flavor, worse than taco bll. The floors throughout the place are exceptionally greasy and it was not super clean. Nice looking place as far as decor.
The restaurant looks nice; I like the decor a lot. However the food was just okay. The margaritas were on the bitter side. I wasn't impressed with anything in particular. Service was good. Prices were a little high but it's downtown so I kind of expected that. I'd come back, but it wouldn't be a first choice. I probably wouldn't recommend it to others either, but I wouldn't tell someone to not go there. If it looks good to you, check it out.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience here. I came with my friend and his cousin and another friend. My friend was celebrating his 40th birthday back in August! The food was good and prepared well. I gave them 4 stars because the bathroom was so clean! I never expected the men's room to be so clean.I would absolutely eat here again. It was very warm so we sat outside and enjoyed the view. I might have given 5 stars had they not made us wait so long to order, and even longer to receive the food. Perhaps they forgot about us...???
Mecayla was great. Very pleasant. And this veggie burrito with, no cheese, rocked. My fav.
Best place around. I came in with a big crowd and they worked with us on short notice and gave great customer service
Nice atmosphere, great servers and awesome food! Bartenders are very attentive
The food was amazing good! We loved our nachos! But the down fall is the rude staff!
Location is great, wonderful vibes.Drinks were well made, as was the food. The issue come with the check. An 18% automatic gratuity was added to our bill, for 2 people. When we brought it up to the server, she mentioned it was because we were there after 8pm. We asked if this was posted anywhere because we hadn't seen it on the menu, and she said no.After discussing with the manager, this is apparently this location's policy. We asked we why we're not informed prior to ordering, and he said they used to have a sign at the front, but a drunk person ruined it 2 weeks ago. He did accommodate us by removing the charge since we were not informed as to the policy before ordering.I have no problem with the restaurant approving their own policy, however doing so without alerting the patron beforehand feels underhanded.
My family and I had been walking around, looking for a place to eat in St Louis. We saw Rosalita’s and decided to give it a try. It was not a mistake. The chips and salsa were good, and we also had stuffed nachos and quesadillas, which were great! The waiter accidentally gave my mom the wrong drink, but it was a small mistake, and she ended up just keeping the drink he gave her and she liked it. We also sat in these cool elevated booths instead of your usual table and chairs. Really neat place!!
Delicious food and really good service. I would definitely eat here again when visiting St. Louis. It was very close to the City Museum so we ate there and then went back. Highly recommended.
