This is the most professional, name knowing, service oriented, tasting, tasting, fresh, clean apple smoke, did I mention tasting place to your que...the popular stuff, pulled pork, brisket and ribs, plus the hometown favorites tips, wings and SNOOTS...yes SNOOTS.. hands down the best...if I could I'd order these everyday, smothered or dry...great place to eat!!!

By far the BEST BBQ! I purchased the snoot and shrimp combo and it was delicious! The snoots were crispy and the shrimp were huge.

The BEEF RIBS!!!Not many places serve beef ribs, but Ropers is the best value thus far. For $42, I got 7 full sized beef ribs each weighing almost a pound. I got full after 3 bones. I recommend dry rub plus their wet sauce.
I eat here from time to time. Food was good.
I had the tip and shoot and it was ok.The rib tip was a little stuff and I was not crazy about the barbecue sauce
