Wonderful experience tonight! My wife and I came in for a rare dinner date (we have 3 kids) and everything from beginning to end was excellent! Spencer did a phenomenal job waiting on us, the food was outstanding and every employee that we saw acknowledged us and was very friendly. Thank you for the great hospitality tonight!
We were a party of five adults. The service was very prompt. The food was very good with ample servings and the unlimited salad is out favorite. The service was wonderful! A little bit of Italy!
My husband and I dined here for the first time today and it was great! He’s already planning a trip back. The salads were fresh and full of flavor. The pasta was the best we’ve had in a long time. Our waiter was extremely busy but never missed a beat. I mentioned how busy he was and he told us it was only his second day working there. I was impressed! He knew what he was doing and gave the impression that he’d been around for many years. He’s a keeper! Thank you for a delicious lunch!
All our food was delicious and at a reasonable price! Our server was friendly too.
We were staying at a nearby hotel, and decided to stop in for dinner on a Wednesday night. We had the Taste of Italy special. Both of us enjoyed our entrees; salad and ice cream were great, also.Unfortunately I don't recall our server's name, but he was awesome! He was very friendly and efficient as well as being knowledgeable about the food and the restaurant's history.We'll be back next time we're in town.
Great place for a family dinner. Everything we ordered was good. Fried zucchini, tortellini, pizza, shrimp fettuccine, chicken modega. There were early bird specials if you don't mind eating dinner early! Perfect portions with cheaper prices.
We had a large party so it was a difficult situation for sure with how many people we had but our waitress did well. They needed to add another person to help our group out but the food was really good
Its been years since I have been to Rich & Charlies, so we decided to meet a friend of ours at this location. Our friend has a small baby (~ 10 months old) and our waitress was very patient with us and very helpful. I enjoyed the Pasta Con Broccoli and their house salad was amazing. Highly recommend getting the house salad with the house dressing - they make it and bottle for sale too if your interested. Back to the Pasta Con Broccoli. Lets say I ate 1/3 of what they gave me and had a nice lunch for the next day, so to say the portion sizes are large is an understatement. They also have a full bar and their menu isn't just limited to pasta dishes, but they have a wide selection of entree's.
We go in for lunch from time to time. Great lunch specials, affordable and you get a lot for the price. Salad, entree and pasta with some meals- all for under $15. Cozy atmosphere, never too busy that there is a wait for lunch. Will keep going back!
We always ask for the waitress named Julie. She keeps up with your drinks, which is important to me as I drink really fast. She is Only at this location and during the week. The food is always really good.
