this is gonna be a long one. . I’m definitely not one to complain because I know how it is in the service industry.2 stars for the food. The food tastes great, but portions for the actual seafood have gone down. The waiters/waitress we’ve had the past 2 times however… no words The past few times we’ve went it has not been busy, so there was no reason for a wait on ANYTHING. We went there yesterday & didn’t even get the biscuits & only had one serving of the biscuits the whole time we were there. Drinks weren’t kept up at all & the only one who needed a refill was my husband. He got crab legs & the crushers & little fork wasn’t even served with them & it was hard to waive down our waitress to get some since she wasn’t around much or never looked our way. He ended up just splitting them with his hands. Whatever.The other time we were there & got crab it was terrible. Basically no meat & filled with water. We did tell them & ended up getting another plate, but that shouldn’t have happened. You could tell it wasn’t even a good crab from the outside.All in all, not worth $130 anymore for a family of 5. Probably will be the last time we go there due to the service we had the past few times. The hostesses are great though. & the other waiters/waitresses I seen working seemed to keep up on their tables. Wish we would have had one of them.
I haven't been to red lobster in years but I remember the food and the service being amazing. My experience was not the best, my food was okay however I forgot to say no cheese on my salad the server came and basically took half the salad away in order to remove the cheese... instead of just making a new salad she just took off the majority of the salad. That was the first issue. She brought me 1/4 of the salad I originally had and just walked away. She barely came to our table I had to signal her to come and refill our water. My son was not satisfied with his food. Overall we spent almost $100 and walked away unsatisfied. FYI I do not have facebook

Wonderful wait staff. We had a young man named London as our server and he was extremely attentive and friendly. Kept our drinks filled before they were empty. Great personality too. Awesome food!!!
I got the choose your own entree deal. You choose 3 for $25.99. Which the steak is a premium so you pay an additional $3.99 for it. Then add 99 cents for the loaded mashed potatoes. Everything tasted delicious as always. Prices have increased. The Ultimate Feast is normally what I would get but it's $34 now. I also got a Strawberry margarita for $8.99. I wouldn't get the drink again because it was a little watered down in my opinion but the rest of the food was great. Our server kept our bread basket stocked.We walked right in and was immediately seated at 530pm on Easter Sunday. We will definitely be back.

The service was great ! I ordered the salmon, shrimp and lobster trio. The lobster was rubbery and the shrimp tasted and smelled funny. I only ate one of the 4 shrimps on my plate. The salmon was delicious as well as the mozzarella cheese sticks. Of course, the cheese biscuits were divine ! My husband ordered the wagyu bacon cheeseburger which he loved ! Thank you.
