Very fast and great chicken but lines can be long at lunch and dinner times
We ordered from door dash didn't receive my whole order tried call the restaurant and they wouldn't answer the phone. I had to go through door dash to get a refund because I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the restaurant to get my other order.. the food wasn't that great either.. will never order from them again. Worst experience with a restaurant, it has poor management an the employee don't care at all.
Food is good, just like at any other Canes, but they keep getting the drive through order wrong, even after correcting it multiple times when paying
Took 15 min to get a jug of tea poured, food came out just fine and on time,
Normally I will have a really good review about this place people are always nice I'm usually out of a busy line within 30min but on the 5/24 I got food poisoning from the chicken. ???
Don't use the mobile app -- it's horrible. I used it and never received my food. I don't blame the staff, that's not something they can control.
Everyone working here, regardless of shift, is always super pleasant. Never had to wait on an order. Has never gotten my order wrong.
Although I wish they had options for dipping sauces I gave them a 5 because their Stagg os always nice and efficient.
They are great every time I go there the people are friendly the food is delicious and the price is fair the only thing I wish is that they had some kind of sweet dessert
