I feel like it's hard not to score well with a fast food joint. You know what you're in for, minus any surprises. My kryptonite is spicy chicken. The chicken sandwiches at Popeyes are tops among the big fast food places in my opinion. If you're in a pinch, this will satisfy!

Oh boy. I will definitely be back ordering Popeyes chicken and Red Bean and Rice. Even if the execution of my order is not ideal. I ordered online for the first time, joined the membership if you will. My order was missing the mashed potatoes/ gravy and $2.79 lemonade. They were not serving any beverages, AT ALL. The machine was broke. I have no idea how to get a refund for the lemonade I paid for, neither did the gal at the drive through. I waited a LONG time, then had to pull into an adjacent parking lot and wait. I did get an order of blackened chicken strips at no cost for signing up. The chicken was good. My weakness is the red beans and rice, delicious. It is what it is. The chicken parts have improved. Not long ago, it seemed all bones and skin. I wish they would pay for staff that would run the place well, it'd make such a difference.

This Location Deserves No Stars...I went to this location when they opened and tried to use the Drive Thru. I sat there for 10 minutes. Then called Customer Service. They still did not answer or greet me in any way at all. If a business has operating business hours, there should be some employees there. In the event there aren't available employees, someone can still communicate with a consumer to let them know that. Rather than ignoring them. Whoever the owner of this location is ought to offer some training on this to the management and staff here. Its not acceptable to ignore Money. Now mine is being spent elsewhere...

Ordered flounder sandwich and 2pc breast and wing meal ahead on their app. Upon arrival I was informed that they no longer have any fish. Also no breasts or wings ready either. Did not start the order at all just a ticket hanging on the clip.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, wasn’t spicy at all. Ordered fries as a side. They were cold and hard. Couldn’t even eat them. Ordered a Dr. pepper and it was flat. First time ever going there and it’ll be the last time.

Drive thru service took almost 1 hour. When we got the food, my combo was missing a biscuit, fries were burnt to a crisp, and nuggets were the same way. Chicken was so fried that there was no white meat visible. During my long wait in line, I saw two employees standing outside smoking in the middle of the dinner rush. It would benefit everyone if this location stayed closed when not enough staff are available to make edible food in a timely manner.

I went to Popeyes in order to purchase a gift certificate. I'm not sure what their COVID/employee situation is, but the table service was not open (doors locked). Is this the last standing fast food restaurant that hasn't open their doors? Maybe it's a shortage of help? After a twenty minute wait in the drive through line, I was able to purchase the gift certificate. On another occasion, I waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes to purchase a gallon of cold slaw. When I got to the ordering window, I was informed that they were out of cold slaw because there was no delivery made that day.,

Made a mobile order at 8:55, went to pick it up through the drive-thru and sat for a few minutes with no response, we drove up to the window and again sat for a few minutes before a woman working came up and said “we’re closed” without evening opening the window - she then walked away. Their hours say they close at 11 and there are no signs posted anywhere that day otherwise. I understand that many places are understaffed at the moment, but if you’re truly closed - the option to make a mobile order should be turned OFF. My card has been charged and they’re refusing a refund. Absolutely terrible experience.

nasty old chicken always missing items

This particular location has consistently been a horrifying experience. Their continued dismissal of opening their dining room to alleviate their staggering wait time in drive thru wait times. On top of that, this particular visit saw them not only getting my order wrong, again, bit potentially every other cars order. This will be my last visit for food for myself. My roommate however still loves their sandwiches so I'll buy her food from their. But I will be going somewhere else for whatever meal I might be wanting
