We ordered on the app from home and it said our order would be ready at 6:38. We arrived at 6:37 and they told us they had 3 orders ahead of ours. We got our order at 6:55. It was accurate and the food was good. The app doesn't gain you anything since they don't prioritize app orders.
Slowest restaurant you'll ever go to. I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes then they parked me and waited another 30 minutes for my food. I'll never go back to this location.
Never had fried chicken from popeyes before. Had to wait 10 min for my order but it was delicious very crunchy and moist. Would certainly be back!!
This store is trash, was a gold mine of a location "the only store not in the ghetto" but the hired help is pathetic. I never thought you could screw up great food but this place has achieved the impossible. Stay Far Away and do not waste your money or your time...
Great to find a fast food place that does it right. Helpful staff- it was my first visit and I did not know what to order and what side choices they offered. Cashier was patient and walked me through the options. Three piece meal was perfect for lunch.
Ordered 2 meals waited so long I had to turn the car off to save gas. When I got the order I should have checked it for as long as it took. Missing side..wrong sandwich and the side of fries I did get were cold. This was around 730 pm so not sure what was going on with the slow service. Even with the time it took to get the 2 small meals they were incorrect cold and missing stuff I paid for.
Terrible. Ordered a 10 piece family meal deal. Did not receive my 2 sides. Chicken tenders were very dry and rubbery. Also shorted me 1 biscuit.
Waited over 30 mins and terrible attitude from the staff.
Wish these late night restaurants would have lobby open for delivery drivers or a designated lane/window like rally does!!It would help us delivery drivers be able to make the delivery on time instead we sit in drive through sometimes 30mins or more...
Went to Popeyes after Church today which we do every 3 week. We got out of church a little early, but we thought we would check thd door. Locked we went to get gas and csme back 4 minutes beforee 11:00 AM. Got out of vehicle again and went to the door. Still locked. I stood there and some one came to door and stated dining room is closed. I responded it would be nice if there was something on the door. After closing the door she responded whatever the door was locked. I am saying this because the first time my dad 85 yrs old got out of the vehicle the first time we would not have come back. I realize that people are shorthanded but it is just appreciated to the people that take out their families to support these establishments without the sarcasm. Maybe next time.
