You all have gotten really ridiculous with your chicken and your prices you never have anything anymore including chicken red beans and rice even condiments you don't even have them you all need to just close down you hire anybody and they don't treat people with respect they talk to people crazy and this is at every popeye's not just one They're always on their phone talking instead of working and waiting on customers and customers and treating people with respect this world is just gone crazy and popeye's don't care who they hire and your service is very Crappie I know I'm not the only person that feels this way we would appreciate it if you would do something about it
I'd been wanting Popeyes for years and took a chance was not pleased with the meal, a five peice chicken box and Cajun rice. Only way I guess, go visit Louisiana for the real deal because none in the greater Saint Louis area don't have the flavor.
2nd time order. Both incomplete orders. They substituted family sides with extra biscuits no sides but one small child size order of fries in a large box. No mash potatoes sides.. Completely unacceptable time for new management corporate!
No stars really .. if I could give negative I would. To many things to write besides the food I returned and the service and the cleanliness and on and on. Don’t go. Just don’t go
By far The Best Popeyes I’ve been to that had EVERYTHING FRESH AN THE SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL FROM THE CASHIER DOWN TO THE COOK AN MIA I APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH WE WILL BE BACK SHE WAS KIND AN DELIVERED ALL OF OUR FOOD NEEDS WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THANKS WE APPRECIATE YOU GUYS THE JEFFRIES?
Service was fast and friendly Margie I hope I spell it correctly…..She was Amazing and fast getting folks out quick and she like everybody mom….Just sweet & friendly made sure you return…..Very clean inside and I wish they didn’t work in hot conditions with out air conditioning……I pray that situation be fixed.
They need to close all of the Popeyes in Stl until they find a Staff that cares about working. How you give an Doordash order away before the Dasher arrives! Then, you get mad at the dasher because your not Making sure your not only checking ppl who say they have a Doordash, but making sure your paying attention perIod to your Job!! Just plain dumbazzez!
Pleasant ,accurate customer service. Minimal wait time for drive through order. The drive through lane is rugged and dangerous with pothole that can classify as a gorge ! The drive through is dark rendering poor visibility!! Come for the chicken & leave with a broken axel. Will choose a different location!!
Place is So disgusting!!!! It’s infested with roaches. The employees are rude and don’t wash their hands. Very loud in there the music so loud and always complaining they can’t hear the customers if you turn the music down you can hear. ALWAYS MESSING UP PEOPLE ORDERS. THEY PLAY RAP MUSIC WITH CUSS WORDS ITS SOUNDS LIKE A CLUB IN THERE OTHER THAN A CHICKEN JOINT. WAIT IS ALWAYS 30 MINUTES OR MORE AND THEY ALWAYS TRYING TO ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMERS THE MANAGER IN THERE IS MORJORIE HODGE AND SHE IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER IVE EVER SEEN. I order chicken there and I had to change my order twice because it had hair inside the chicken which is so nasty bruh. The drinks are always out or watered down. I went there for a job but after seeing how they are I changed my mind. AND I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE EVER AGAIN. NOT EVEN TO ORDER
The drive they speaker is broke so customers in the drive thru line was unable to order until we arrived at the window!AND the inside was closed!!At least two cars left the line and I still had to wait for an extremely long time!
