Staff rude ...FOOD overcooked...long wait time and I was asked to order 4 times and EACH TIME in the middle of me ordering staff keep asking me to wait a minute ... every freaking time...ANNOYING. it took me literally about 10 minutes to verbally complete my order...staff dropped my change on the ground and did not acknowledge ..no apology just looked down closed the window as if that's my problem ...the tone. UNPROFESSIONAL....
Been waiting on a refund for weeks now, workers are extremely lazy and they stated menu items are not available if they don't feel like making them even drinks/like soda and tea
The food was good as always, but they are just too darn slow. That was my second time visiting that Popeyes and I just couldn't believe that I got the exact same service as before SLOW, SLOW SLOW!!!!How are they staying in business???
I go to various fast food places and this is the only place that thinks it's ok to keep customers change cause they say they don't have any. Nobody else does it, not church's, not rallys, not burger king, just popeyes. How about a class action lawsuit cause u can't do that.
It's OK I guess good if your in the city they always out of something either chicken or sides last time I couldn't get French fries
The manager was very kind and accommodating. My friend had a little difficulty understanding the payment procedure but the manager explained everything so she could understand and order what she wanted.
If I could leave negative stars I would!! We are visiting family from out of town and thought Popeyes would be safe. They didn’t have anything…no shrimp, chicken strips, cole slaw, wings, chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes with no gravy. On top of that, they were rude!!!! Once I ordered and checked my food, there were pieces missing from my order. There was apparently a 20min wait for wings that I wasn’t told about so they just put whatever they wanted in the box. This place is horrible, I don’t know how they are still open.
I want to say this place suffers from PLS (poor location syndrome), but it seems that all of the area's Popeyes restaurants has some pretty shoddy service overall, and their food never seems to come out the door fresh. It's always like it's been sitting under the light, just waiting the last 20 minutes for you to show up!
Ubereats order wasn't ready plus both bathrooms are apparently out of service. Not fun for someone in a hurry.
Extremely disappointed with Popeyes here in South County. Place my order on the app. Received message that food was ready. And was told I had to wait for my food in the drive-through. Waiting for 30 minutes after my order was ready received my food and of course it was cold because it was ready 30 minutes prior to me actually getting it.Definitely don't be proactive and order your food on the app unless you want it cold.
