Location always has something going on. Either they out of something or they refusing to take orders.I pulled up yesterday around 530pm to order a chicken sandwich for my daughter. The lady taking the order said it would be a 10 minute wait. I said ok that's fine. Sh then ask me if I'm sure. I said yes. She said oh it might be a longer wait than 10 minutes. I said ok that's fine. She then said they have to let the chicken thaw out. The young lady then went on to say I would have to sit there and wait while it thaws am I sure. I want to wait.I almost had to beg the woman to take my order. At that point I just drove off.It seems the store workers either don't want to do their jobs, or their not preparing for the evening rush. Either way, the issue should be addressed with management. Too many times, and too often there's a problem with service at this location.

The quality of the food is acceptable. The wait times are usually shorter than other Popeyes (i.e., St. Ann. I would suggest getting your employees to learn some more customer service skills.

This is a HORRIBLE LOCATION! They ran out of chicken & on top of that, I wasn't informed until after I arrived to pick up my $42.96 online order up. The Staff lacks "Basic" common sense, they got into an argument about if they would let the customers know they would probably have to close. Plus, They had a drive thru line wrapped around the building. NOT ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WASHED their hands after coming in to work. I would rather roll over my own foot with my own car than to ever order from here again. They only had Breast, & Thighs, & Red beans n rice on the 1st of the Month on a Sunday! What a Big Waste of Money!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I believe this place cannot find workers that care enough to provide good service which is a shame because Popeyes sandwiches are delicious. Over the course of 6 months I have tried to stop by to order a sandwich and 7 times, no not 2 or 3, 7 times they were out of food or were not serving during stated normal service hours. Clearly they are struggling and I feel bad for the workers here, but this location is poorly owned managed and operated.

This past Sunday afternoon on 3/13/22 I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they sold me me a rubbery chicken patty with tarter sauce and spicy sauce. This location is gross!

Speaker not working so had to drive up to order. Never got to order...too slow..people waiting around inside. They never have what you want. What a waist. Went here twice one day and each time there were issues. First no inside orders; only if you were Doordarshan picking up. So drive through and they were out of pies and nuggets. The next time ordered through Doordarshan as a pick-up. When drove to pick-up they said didn't get the order cause machine wasn't working...then they wouldn't take my order inside....I left!

Trash service. Asked the guy taking orders to make the sandwich plain, twice. He proceeds to say so you need a classic chicken sandwich and fries? I say yes just to keep the flow of traffic for them. The order screen isn’t working btw to confirm he placed my order correctly. Get my food and what’s on my sandwich? Mayo and pickles that I asked twice to not be on the sandwich. Called multiple times.. pretty sure phone is off the hook. Great work y’all.

Literallyyyy terrible, every time I go to this location they forget some of my food or don’t have anything. Google says the store doesn’t close until 10 but I couldn’t get the chicken tenders I wanted at 7:50pm because they “WERE NOT DROPPING ANYTHING ELSE FOR THE NIGHT” apparently. The chicken I DID get was burnt. I’ve never in my life had burnt Popeyes before. I hate this location. Just trash

I was going there to pick up an order for Uber eats. The store was closed so I went through drive-thru. Not a single car was in drive-thru and I'm pretty sure the only two cars parked in the parking lot where the workers inside. I pull up to the drive-thru and say I'm here to pick up an Uber eats order. They told me to pull into the parking lot and wait because it'd be 20 minutes. Don't understand why it would be 20 minutes when there's nobody in front of me ordering food. As I waited in the parking lot as I watched one of the workers eat food let a friend in that showed up and the guy in the back walking around the kitchen on his phone. I waited for 15 minutes for them to only come out and finally tell me that they had none of the products on the order that was placed. How do you not have chicken when that's when your whole restaurant is revolved around. And if you didn't have that stuff on the order that was placed why didn't you just tell me that the second I pulled up and said I was here to pick up an order. Better yet if you didn't have the items when that Uber eats order was placed why did you guys even accept it?Very aggravating, avoid this Popeyes they suck.

Overcooked nuggets, greasy, old Mac and cheese. Spent $33. Money down the drain. Emailed corporate...they asked me all the info, but I haven't been compensated. I was thinking they could've gave me a coupon for a future purchase. All locations aren't bad.
