My loaded baked potato was really good. I ask for catfish but the gave me swai. I guess they didn't know I knew the difference. I was not happy.
First timer…. So far I was greeted with positivity and courtesy. Big menu selection!! I’m quite sure food will be great. Food didn’t take long to prepare either. Thanks!!!
Loved theenu options, very diverse compared to other places I've visited. My only regret is not having ordered more items :-)
Hot wings and cheese fries are my favorite with extra seasoning also the reg chicken customer service always great
Decent late night food. Fish is pretty good. Some bread, pickles and onions would be a nice addition. Cashier isn't the most pleasant person I've met lol.
They used to be one of my favorite spots especially for philly’s chicken and steak. But they have been going downhill. Past few times it’s been awful. This will was the last chance for me. Completely burnt and the fires are not fully cooked.
Here's the deal! I walked in to order some lunch and the guys just looked at me like I was an alien they kept on talking and did not take my order even though I was standing there. Absolutely poor customer service.

Very very RUDE!!! I called to place an order I ordered a Philly cheese steak and a catfish filet meal. The guy asked me if I wanted 2 or 3 pieces of fish so I turned to ask my boyfriend and before I could give the man an answer he hung up on me! I then called back and said “hi yes, I was ordering and I’m not sure what happened to the phone” he told me I wasn’t ready to order… I said I was you asked me a question about an option I didn’t know I had and because I asked my boyfriend who was sitting right next to me the question you asked me I wasn’t ready to order, so that gives you the right to hang up? He then tells me he can’t take my order and hangs up on me! Very unprofessional, I am pregnant and was really craving this food but I will no longer order from this establishment you should NOT treat people who are giving their hard earned money to you like TRASH! No decency for others.
Terrible food I don't recommend customer service was good tho my cheese fries had watery taste 2 it no flavor at all my shrimp was unusually soft and small
