Some of the best vegan pizza I’ve ever had… if not the best! I absolutely love their vegan sausage. It tastes like how I remember actual sausage tasting like! I usually get the vegan sausage & pepperoni with jalapeños and the cashew cheese. They make their cashew cheese in house and it is SO good. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I have always had a great experience there. Definitely recommend going— even if you aren’t vegan you would love it! They have non-vegan cheese for those that don’t want vegan cheese. Please check this place out!!
Amazing pizza! This place has definitely opened my eyes to more vegan/vegetarian options. The new owners are fantastic and always go above and beyond for their customers and community!
We love coming to Pizza Head!!!! Any road trip down south from Iowa usually includes a trip to our favorite pizza joint, Pizza Head!!!!

The pizzas are huge, and the vegan options are great for lactose intolerant people like myself. The staff and owners are super nice. Excited to order some pizza again soon!
We love this place. Amazing vegetarian and vegan pizza options! We tend to be disappointed with plain cheese pizzas because there’s no protein to keep us full, but Pizza Head to the rescue! They have vegan pepperoni and sausage options, as well as a tasty kale salad that really makes eating pizza feel like we’re still getting decent nutrition. Highly recommend for pizza and beer night without feeling like you’ve ruined your nutrition goals. We’ve done mostly delivery since the pandemic, but I recall the location on S. Grand being a cool vibe when we used to eat in-person.

One of the best pizzas in St. Louis. Got half sausage and half black olives and both were amazing. Will definitely be going back to pizza head soon.
6 percent of residents of this state don’t have a bank account but you refuse to accept cash. I won’t be back because of that, also I ordered slices and it took longer than 3-5 minutes for them to be prepared when it should take shorter than that
Happy to see this pizzeria opened again, under new owners. Food was as good as I recall and very reasonably priced.
