Its so good and they know how to cook they get the order right every time we go there and me and my sister just love it

Very poor customer service with a no communication or help for a first time customer. I told him I did not want mushrooms and the lady said she can’t change it and she won’t change it. So I had to pick the mushrooms off my food. The food at least tasted well.

Over priced, food was not prepared the way I requested, fries cold and just like scraps, customer service poor with entire staff

The biggest whomp whomp disappointing sandwich I've ever had from a Penn Station. No toppings even though the delivery app lists the sandwich with the toppings asit comes unless you choose to remove them...noone wants to eat the dry, bland, tasteless sandwich with no toppings...the toppings are what the sandwich taste good. Really the steak is dry and bland with no sauces, didnt expect that sincerely.

This place has gone down ..used to love it, so im very disappointed . ended up throwing everything away..the fries are NASTY ..yuck yuck yuck...fried in dirty oil ..dont waste your money here..

No greeting…just stared at me ??…but my customers order was correct??‍♀️…I’m not too sure why I couldn’t get a simple greeting.

Great staff fast service and the cheese steak was ?

Sandwiches were perfectly made. The fries were super fresh. And the staff helpful and friendly

The cashier was very nice and the sandwich maker was pretty fast considering it was very busy. But who ever they have getting the sandwiches out of the over. ( Heavy set black guy) is very slow and seemed to be confused. He had bunch of sandwiches pile up to the point the guy got off the register to help him wrap them up. And he seemed like he was getting upset when the guy came to help him. They may want to consider replacing him. Also he was giving people cold fries that were sitting over the grease for a long period of time. None the lease my sandwich was good.

The manager/owner (in appearance) was extremely rude and had no customer satisfaction expectations and even refused to part ways with a small cup of steak spice. He replied with “we only have salt and pepper” I then replied well what about mayonnaise packets because I can’t even add that to my sandwich on my order via doordash (which could be DoorDash’s fault, but the owner/mangers ultimately for not ensuring their partners are representing their business in a manner appealing and accurate to the actual business model) at which point it was too late because he just turned around and walked away after denying he has steak spice. So I had to wait and then approach him a second time to ask for mayonnaise where he complied. But if you are going to make blanket statements like “all we have are salt and pepper” but still offer other seasonings/dressings and lie to the customer about it? It honestly feels like this business specifically targets doordash orders to ignore or be rude to because they’re potentially having to do more work for less profits. This hurts to see humans act this way and I highly encourage other people to avoid this store and let another business get a chance at this real estate.
