The cheese steak is delicious. As are the French Fries and Milk Chocolate cookie. We picked up our order and the wait was not long at all.
this is the worst place to eat, they spent 30 minute with my food and it came out cold, one of the works was on the phone and no mask and the chief kept staring at me smiling and chased me out the door when i got my food i felt harass
Food was cold and the sandwich was just thrown together. I normally like to give good ratings but this was just given in poor taste. I want to call and make a complaint so bad
Sandwiches were not what had the previous day. And they forgot a whole sandwich and staff was rude.
Penn station is always good but the Hampton location is amazing! I’ve been going to this location since i was a kid I’ve tried other location around stl and they’re good of course but I’m not sure how the hampton location always has AMAZING employees!! They are so nice, quick and efficient! I know it’s just sandwiches but they’re seriously hard workers!
Radio was so loud they could not hear my name or my order, ended up getting both wrong even after I repeated each multiple times.

The food is delicious but the location is easily missed when driving by. 6 of the 7 sandwiches for my coworkers were correct for my call in order. You kinda expect it to be 100% correct so you don't have to unwrap people sandwiches and find out the issues. All in all, my meal was enjoyable but 1 coworker wasn't too happy.
I love the people that work here. Super nice. I could do without the really loud music but the folks are nice, professional and quick.
