Good morning,I am writing this review out frustration, lately every visit from Mickenny, frisco and the colony. I posted on the store website but nothing has changed my main concern is the hygiene I understand no mask but people handle my food and the food is touching their bare hand with no gloves for someone like me that has severe lung disease any bacteria will land me in the hospital. Grandma bakery in Mickenny I addressed but manager don’t seems to care not rectifying the problem the same story in frisco Jackie reached out I replied with my concern went back and they are still doing the same I did ask Jackie to provide the district manager name and number nothing .I hope you can value my concern for people with high risk for meRegards,Michael

So, we are teachers and order a day before to have lunch delivered for the next day. Well, it never came. They said that it was not their fault because Doordash was suppose to pick it up and did not. So they stood firm on the stance that it is not their fault. So I would not recommend ordering from them at all if you are expecting a delivery.

Order at your own risk! Buyer beware! Auburn Ca....Would give this panera zero ☆'s. Just wrong on so many levels poor management to poor service to good luck if your order is correct and don't call customer service by any means. If the store you've gone to gets wind of a customer complaint there solution is to never serve you again. There right your wrong attidude is right up there with I'm/we are special and I'm/we are better than you attidude

I was at panera in bridgeville i ordered a cup of soup. an panera its cheap an prices go up understandable but when you pay 5.87 for a cup of soup an you get half of a cup.an you fo a survey an they send you a emailjust try again. so they dont care if you get what you paid for....

I ordered a $50 gift card for my son Michael Kelsey for Father's day on line. The ad said if you spent $50 you would also get a nother gift card for $10. I just recd the $50 gift card ib the mail yesterday fror your address, but NO $10 gift card! I tried to call and write but no response from Customer Service. NO STARS FOR PANERA! Panera now uses DoorDash for deliveries through the Panera app, and Panera DOES NOT CARE if you don't get your food. My food sat for over an hour at a Panera store, soup getting cold, salad w/chicken on it not stored appropriately, and DoorDash NEVER PICKED IT UP. Shame on Panera for using a 3rd party for deliveries. I'd prefer you not offer delivery through the Panera app if you aren't going to follow through and ensure paying customers get their order delivered in a timely manner. Now I don't get lunch AND I have to wait to be reimbursed. Why wouldn't you insist that DoorDash make available to you someone who corporate and the individual stores can reach out to for delivery issues? Why is it ok with you that people can order food, pay for it, and just not get it? I will be VOCAL about how people should not eat at Panera. There are other places that will take care of their paying customers.

We order 3 pick2 meals and a kids (2 year old) mac and cheese. They forgot to include the kid's mac and cheese. My husband called and was put on hold. After 20 minutes on hold, he drove back to the Clemmons, NC to get the item. He was left standing there for another 20 minutes and still no manager came to assist him. While my husband left to pick up the said item, I called and and spoke to a very rude young man who left me on hold for 23 minutes. I doubt we will be back.

Ordered the roast beef with white cheddar there was 1 slice of beef was told they put 1 and a 1/4 ounce of beef on it. You can not even taste the beef. Also ordered a bagel with cream cheese the bagel was days old hard as a rock. I have never seen anything this bad anywhere

The Panera bread in Bowie Maryland at the Bowie Towne center routinely closes early. When you go in they close down the salad bar 20 minutes early so when you go into order they don’t have or won’t let you order what you want. They see customers standing there and won’t tell you that they’re closed and that you can’t order salads or bowls only soup until you get to theFront of the line. So why don’t they just close the store at 8:30.

I went today to panera in cajalco corona ca.I ordered 2 cups of espresso and a bagel .My buzer went on for some reason . I went to the counter to pick my order up.The manager started to yell at me and ordered me to put the buzzer in the basket. I told her but I don't see my order .She replied in a very rude way and yelled at meto put the buzzer in the basket .And she asked me to leave the store and said that I am not allowed to come in to the store . Never had this experience before with such a rude and crazy person. She kept on yelling at me to leave the store ?. For no reason .I wish I had witnesses but if you go back to your camera you'll see how rude she was .it was on Tuesday at 1 oclock.
