Hands-down best cocktails in St Louis—I hesitate to even leave a review in fear of having this gem of a place overrun, but Ed and his team deserve all of the business they can handle
A true hidden gem in STL. The cocktails are amazing, the vibes and atmosphere are immaculate (great music and lighting), and it is a dark, cozy, and intimate place. I would recommend you arrive closer to opening as the place fills up fast and being a smaller joint means seating goes quickly.

Customer service was excellent, they make sure you get the best experience. Ed the bartender was non stop at his craft. And his skill and passion you tasted in every sip. I had the lavender sidecar as recommended by locals and I have to say it was the best cocktail ive ever had. Worth the wait for the drinks only due to first come first serve. Drinks were beautifully made and just as delicious. The Drinks are very strong but the liquor does not mask the flavors of the mix. One of a kind bar, will definitely come back anytime I’m in the area. Small capacity so get there before they open. Thank you Pagan for making our experience so wonderful! Let me begin with saying, Pagan Wine Bar reminds me on being in another city outside of St. Louis.You walk in and it’s so euphoric. The blue and red lights matched with the sexy artwork, you feel like you’re at an escape from “normal life”.I ordered the AirMail Sparkling Cocktail and it’s quite delicious. I love this vibe.

Went to Pagan tonight and it’s my new favorite place. They were over capacity when my friend and I arrived, but the wait was very short. Great atmosphere, small and cool. The cocktails were f*cking delicious. The bartenders were great. The man working the door was so sweet and helpful when I lost my phone.
A very small bar that can be easily missed if you don’t know about it, but definitely a hidden gem!The ambiance is moody and intimate, lit with blue & purple lighting. There is a large selection of cocktails, all of which are unique & funky. Those that I’ve had have all been super tasty! Definitely recommend stopping in if you get a chance.
Was very comfortable, bartender was nice and made drinks to perfection. Very different selections of drinks. Very safe environment.
