The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was really good. My feta burger was perfect, just the way I like it. My wife enjoyed her stuffed tomato and stuffed pepper.

Very friendly, casual Greek American restaurant. Very nice staff and cool casual vibe. Order the saganaki for the production value! The prep and presentation clearly falls into American style Greek taverna. Also tons of parking.

Although the restaurnt is offering outdoors seating, we are utilizing carry out given the pandemic. Our order was ready when promised, and the food was very good. We will visit again.

Second time visiting St. Louis, first time visiting Olympia Kabob & Taverna. Hostess was pleasant and seated us quickly. Our waitress was professional and courteous. My college aged son ordered hot wings (lol), but they were tasty. My wife was not thrilled with the PASTITSIO – Layers of macaroni, cheese and ground beef, topped with a bechamel cheese. She said it was too sweet to enjoy as an entree. She also wasn’t impressed with the SPINACH PITA – A rolled pastry made of a Greek cheese blend, spinach, baked in flaky leaves of filo dough. It was overcooked and salty. I had a Greek salad which was tasty, but I had to pick numerous pieces of brown lettuce out of it. I also had the CHICKEN RIGANATO – Two chicken breasts seasoned with lemon and oregano, served with roasted potatoes. The “Two” chicken breasts were actually one breast cut in half. The roasted potatoes were warm, not hot. First and last time going there.

My go to is the Mediterranean platter. I get some of each of my favorites and I feel full and healthy after eating here. Of course I have some Ouzo to go with my dinner. Then I finish it off with Baklava (even if I have to take it home). The food is always great and very good service. It can get crowded and a bit noisy, but they now have outdoor dining available in warm weather. I'm not certain if alcohol can be served outside.

THE BEST BAKLAVA EVER — ANYWHERE!!!!! The rest of the food was OK but I would go back for the baklava!! The dessert was the best priced item as well. Portions of food were on the small side and the flaming cheese which was very good did not come with any type of bread. Pita was the only thing they had available and was an extra charge. The gyro was a la carte and sauce was again extra.

My significant other had pastitiso and I had spinach rice. The flavors did not seem to be there from the last time I’ve visited. I really liked spinach rice and the flavor was not as good as 2019. My significant other said the same. We will have to look for a new Greek restaurant to visit.

Visiting from San Diego, was looking for good Greek food close to Forest Park, and found Olympia Kebob House. Was impressed with the menu and very friendly service. I will be back!

If this weren't a fair distance from home, we would come here more often. A gem of a place. I tried the spanakopita and small house salad. The spanakopita was worth the entire trip for me. I've tried this at other Greek restaurants and it's often bland, but this was superior, yummy!! Great service and laid back atmosphere.

My brother-in-law recommended Olympia (we’re visiting from CA) because he likes to support locally owned businesses and they have great food. We started with dolmades to share.... really well made and tasty. So delicious. I enjoyed souvlaki as an entree. The others chose gyros and kebabs. All were delicious and well-prepared, their tzatsiki (sp?) was the best I’ve ever had. For dessert we were thrilled with their baklava and rice pudding. Really wonderful flavors. They have two big parking lots across the street so all parking is easy. Inside and outside seating is available. We sat outside and it was the most delightful evening. Service was good, friendly, and attentive. Enjoy!
