Overall this is a nice place. I went for Wine Wednesday. They have a decent selection of wine but only a couple of beers. The pretzels were too salty and they only had a vegetarian option for the flatbread pizza.The other problem I had was finding the entrance. I went through the gate and had to walk around in the rain looking for the door. I finally found it by luck, it was on the opposite side of the patio area and not visible when first walking into the patio area. They need some signs to direct people to the door.
Just had an engagement party here. Service and food were perfect. Highly recommend
This place used to house a small hidden gem called 'Space'. Got to say a huge change from those days. Not good or bad, just total overhaul.Food was great, though I miss 'Space's' lamb. But alas, that was 20 years ago.Olivia's is a spot not just for food or events, it looks like it would be a great chill spot great for conversation. Though when I was here last it was winter, bad weather as well it was a weekday.
A fantastic place for lunch. Private and classy. Food is farm to table and a surprising find. Love it.
The ambiance of the place is rustic modern. FABULOUS AND FRIENDLY. LOVED IT. THE menu is great but small. The tips are included in the price. The portions are huge. Large wine selection. No just Italian..outdoor seating is large and cozy. Very similar to some of the Ritz Carlton I have visited. Couches long restful tables. I will go back soon
This place is the cutest! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. My husband and I enjoyed lunch outside on the nice patio. Food & drinks were great! Definitely made my Birthday even more special. Can’t wait to come back!!
It's a super cute spot. I love the inside and outside dining and I loved my Quinoa Caesar (salad) with Salmon. Wow! SO SO GOOD!! I will definitely be going back a lot in the future! Highly recommend! And I'm keeping it in mind for any future private events as well! I'm so in love! Great atmosphere and amazing customer service! I wish it had longer hours, but just make sure you remember the hours of operation and plan for it! It's an excellent spot for a lunch date!
We had my daughter's baby shower at Oliva today. We've eaten lunch there many times, but we hadn't been to an event there yet. We couldn't be more pleased with everything! The food was excellent, the staff was friendly and so very helpful, and the atmosphere is so special! I know that we will contact Oliva first, the next time we need to host a gathering.

Very nice atmosphere and the food was excellent. We were able to sit outside on my wife's birthday (December 1st!) And have a wonderful leisurely lunch before visiting the attached antique mall. Here's a photo of the antique store entrance from today.
