Service poor, no separate checks and you don't find out till you get your bill. Terrible lighting. Food used to be a lot better!
Although they only have it every other Friday, the gumbo is almost as good as my great aunt used to make when she was alive.

Food was fresh & delicious. The portions were very generous. Staff was friendly & attentive. I can't wait to go back from what I understand they have just recently added live music but I am not sure when they feature live music

Really enjoyed my visit - the cheeseburger was pretty simple but delicious! It paired up excellently with my two Guiness!
We stopped in to look around. I found a cute cat creamer to add to my collection. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about the history of the building and the sites of interest...local historic cemeteries, etc. I will definitely stop in again the next time I'm in town.

It has been a few years since I had been to this pub.I fondly remember going here before many a Blues games and enjoying a delicious burger and a few drinks. I love the atmosphere and spent a few hours today in one of the booths catching up with 2 good friends. Of course, we enjoyed burgers and onion rings....the staff and service were fantastic. Cheers to this STL landmark. ..may we live on together!
