We went this past Sunday evening for Mother’s Day. It was so awful. I used to love O’Charleys. What happened?? We ordered our go to which was the cheese wedges. They arrived at the table and they were so stringy and greasy, the recipe is definitely different, they have never tasted like this. Why did you change the recipe to this? Just to save a buck? They said they were out of potato soup and the waiter brought me regular tea when I ordered sweet tea and forgot the rolls. When they did bring the rolls out they were flavorless. Not the good honey butter they used to have and they had a raw consistency. Moving on to dinner- my husband ordered a steak with Mac n cheese and chicken tenders. I ordered a club sandwich and fries. The steak was rubber, Mac and cheese was so greasy and tasted like Kraft, and the chicken tenders were old and nasty. My club sandwich had wilted brown pieces of bacon and a dab of mayo. I had to remove the bacon because it was so disgusting. The sandwiches at subway tasted better than this. My fries were so old and burnt up and crispy. We were very disappointed with the entire experience. After spending close to $60, we were hoping for much better. This location used to be so good, now I will never come here again. Gone are the days of a decent meal here, spend your money elsewhere. Culver’s has fresh and hot food next door and you could probably save yourself $20.
What a great lunch our retired Hancock teachers had today. Sam was so nice and accommodating to our large group. He was funny too and gave us a menu while we waited for all of group to show up.Amber, the waitress was simply wonderful. She took care of all of us. No issues and filled our drinks often. Food was delicious. No one disliked their food. Will visit again. Kudos to your staff.
Great service and excellent food
We had dinner at O’Charleys and had a good meal. The restaurant was big, clean and the service was good. We had only eaten at an O’Charleys once before in another state so we didn’t remember much about them. The menu was very diverse with lots of choices. The food came out in a reasonable time and our drinks were kept filled. I would say this is a very good chain restaurant.
Overall experience was good. Waitress was very nice and attentive. The only problems were they cook their chicken tenders too hard and their med well steaks weren't med well, but they did correct the steaks. I guess everyone can't really decided when a steak is medium well. Overall good experience.
Went here for an easy meal near our house. We had zero problems with the staff was greeted politely at the door by the hostess and she told us there would be a 30 min wait. We had no problems waiting figured since there was a wait and it seemed to have plenty of families eating there the food couldn’t be that bad. Well I was 1000 percent wrong! Food was awful sad I had pay $40 for something hungry man could’ve done better. My expectations weren’t even set high was just looking for a quick meal. Don’t think we will ever return to eat sadly. Maybe for the rolls those were good
Service was great! Food not so great... club sandwich was served on a baguette, not a club at all. Mayo looked sketchy, I don't think bacon is gray... Steak potatoes looked AMAZING on menu, totally disappointed sitting in front of me. Caramelized onions, just a sliced afterthought... might be a LONG while before we make it back! :-(
Even though the ribs didn't have much on them I called the store and spoke with the manager the next day about them and he was extremely sorry and he has just got new staffing in and they did not know how many ribs came with the meal. The manager was very helpful and if you have any issues with the meal definitely talk to the manager there.
My wife and I attended O’Charliey’s for lunch today. We were seated immediately and the service was great. My wife’s salad was large and very good. I ordered the Bacon Cheese Burger. The burger came to the table and the meat was obviously NOT from fresh hamburger. In fact the hamburger was grey in color. Not what I call an amazing burger in anyones opinion!
Food was great and fast and service was excellent.
