Best tasting ramen we’ve ever had ----- ----- July, 2022 Visit Our daughter discovered the band Greta Van Fleet early summer, 2022, and quickly found that they would be playing in Peoria, IL, and she recommended a road trip. We had a great time, thanks in part to Nudo, on the drive home. As we drive home from Peoria, we missed lunch in southern IL and decided to get food closer to home. As we drove along I-270 our daughter noted “Nudo!” She had been before but I hadn’t… I am glad she introduced me to Nudo. We have had ramen elsewhere, and that has been quite good. Nudo takes this to another level… just right freshness on the sliced onions; noodles also just right And the broth Ohhhhhh the broth Sooooo Amazingly Wonderfully Flavored… So Many flavors So good. Friendly staff Great interior; lots of local bumper/window stickers. AND the Aloha juices (made in Hawaii!) in a can… Lilikoi (passion fruit) for us… so good BUT While Lilikoi is a wonderful juice I just couldn’t finish the can there… The ramen broth was so good I didn’t want to lose the flavor, so I finished the Lilikoi later that evening. First time here and the food was amazing!! Hubby had the Pho w/beef and a boozy slushi and I went with the Mushroom Ramen...4stars are bc the staff and attitudes-we sat outside a little after 820pm, so as people were leaving the bussers would grab and stack chairs that aren't being used but literally slamming them down where it kept making noise(I stopped talkin til they went back inside)....other than that, we enjoyed ourselves and I'm goin back to try new stuff
Great selection and service. Mike was definitely excited to share what creations they had. Good variety with different takes than what I am used to. A lot of gluten free and vegetarian options.
Pork was almost pure fat but the rest of the bowl was good. Male waiter/cashier was very friendly and came to check on us and chat briefly. Crab Rangoon was delicious!!
Arrived at 1pm on a Saturday, was busy however service was fast and efficient. Ordered ramen bowl with crab rangoon. Both were delicious and served within 10-15 minutes after we ordered. Staff made sure we were happy with our food and asked if we needed anything else after we started eating which is rare for an order at the counter establishment. In door dining area is small, may want to call ahead if your group is larger than four. Outdoor dining area still closed for winter. Street parking only, we had a little walk to get there but worth it. Will definitely go back when in the area.
Had the worst experience with delivery on the evening of March 23rd. I placed the order with UberEats. After 45 minutes I phoned the Nudo phone number on Facebook. I know I placed the order with the DelMar location but the number rang the Creve Couer location. The gentleman that answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He was unapologetic and refused to take responsibility of the order since he cannot control UberEats or phone numbers on Facebook. He was mocking me with his coworkers with “this guy phoned the wrong restaurant” comments. He told me to phone the other location since he could do nothing to help. The food arrived cold and was not worth the 80 dollars spent. I know that this is on Uber as well, but the gentleman offered no interest in making a better customer experience with relaying information to management. I told him that he and the 3rd party represent Nudo but he couldn’t be bothered. Sticking with the original Mai Lee, which after 20 years the dining experience has been warm, hospitable and served great food.

Nice modern interior. You order and pay at the counter up front and they'll bring the food to your table. I ordered the O'Miso Spicy ramen. It was hot, flavorful, and quickly served on a crowded night.
