Love, Love, Love Noodles and Company!There is something for everyone here to enjoy. From the macaroni and cheese to the more exotic dishes. I also love the rice Krispy treats, the pride treat was especially yummy. The only downside has nothing to do with the food. It tends to be cold in there, so remember s sweater or jacket. Definitely recommend for the whole family!!!
Went to pick up order and when I got home my order was missing sauce and peanuts. I called to ask that they remake it and that I would drive back up to get it, when the Young lady gave me the manager. He insisted that it had sauce on it and explained that I could drive back up to get sauce and peanuts. So ...I guess I then have to come back home and try to warm up Pad Thai noodles and mix it with the sauce and peanuts. I didn't think it was a big deal I wasn't upset or anything, but didn't like that he thought I was lying - like I want to run back out and up there after working all day. I've heard this manager once before while in the store question a guest about getting a drink when they ordered water. I'm ok with him correcting them, but the tone in his voice and the manner in which he speaks to paying customers is not very polite and customer service orientated! I guess I'll have to find a new location.
Make sure you go early. Thirty minutes prior to closing, you will find the restaurant completely cleaned up with chair up on the table, the employees having fun and unwilling to take anymore orders. Pure laziness!
I tried the Japanese Steak with Steak. It was horrible. The noodles where dry, hardly any sauce (disgusting), and the amount of steak had to be less than 4 ounces..There was a side and drink add on for a little bit more money that the cashier never mentioned when I added on a soda. Before I paid, I mentioned it and she said that not what I ordered and did not try to back out the order to make the change. I should've left at that point.
Been a bit. Went in and glad to see some new menu items. Liked what I got and will go again soon.
The butter noodles was overcooked and was blane. It felt like rubber. A bit too pricey for 2 bowls worth.
I got The veracruz salad and i just Wanna say i am Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed it was honestly gross and it made me feel sick. I spent 11 dollars here for me to not even eat my food. I have My order number if needed i would Like my money back.
So the food has always been fine here, however the customer service not so much. I have called countless times since the end of December regarding a refund. Unfortunately I had a mishap with an order that I had placed through their app. After waiting hours for a delivery, I finally went to pick up my order and was told it would be refunded in addition to my pick up. However every time I’ve called they have been to busy to deal with me or are in the middle of a rush. Being a retail manager in the past I get being busy and short staffed. However it’s been over 2 weeks that I’ve called and either my message has been lost, it was another employee who I spoke to and they have no clue, or they answer and hang up, the managers is not in and will call me later, ect. I’m hoping that I can update my review once and if this matter is ever resolved.
Pleasant and pasta filled ! Portions are made just to for a healthy amoun. Professional workers who work hard. Recommend!
I ordered mac and cheese and requested gluten free noodles, and I would understand a simple mistake but mentioning it more than once and having heard them converse with the cooks to make it, I was disappointed to find that it was plain elbow noodles. I have an allergy. I’m never trying to make anyone’s day harder by ordering gluten free. But it was all I could have. My partners meal had no steak in it at all even though he ordered it specifically. Staff aside from two people seemed to barely care.
