I order from this place almost weekly and the food tastes great (I love the tofu substitutions!) There was a small mistake with my most recent order, and the manager was extremely helpful with making sure I was taken care of. He went out of his way to call me back to ensure that I received the assistance I needed with my order. Really great staff!
I have celiac (gluten, wheat, rye, barley)I have never had an issue with this company (in other states) making my pad thai correctly and also handling it correctly until last night. I am in St Louis for work and ordered this for dinner. I took one very small bite and less than 10 minutes later I was having an allergic reaction. Luckily I got it under control but I was unable to eat my meal. Yall should make the note section a little longer so people with special requests can make it very clear, yall also need to train your people to what gluten is (as well as other allergens).
Had the best experience at this location this evening. My partner loves the steak stroganoff which they no longer have on the menu, so the employees suggested a similar dish. Above and beyond that, they let us know that we could call if she didn't like it and they would make sure we received a free entree next time. Finally, when they brought our to-go bag, the manager added a complimentary rice crispy treat just in case we didn't like the stroganoff substitute "so we wouldn't starve." Great food and excellent customer service.
Great food, great service. Quick and easy. Try the Hunan or the Korean noodles. Really good. My girl likes more of Alfredo noodles. She had those wonderful fast service. Good ambiance nice table. Nice decor recommend
The Wisconsin macaroni and cheese is awesome. I like the cauliflower rigatoni too. Free refills on soda inside. They have chocolate milk, bottled water, and juices to go. Plenty of options for anyone's dietary preferences!
Super unprofessional. Left me in curbside waiting for over 10 minutes and I had to call again to get my food. The girl wasn't even apologetic for making me wait!!! Very very RUDE!!!!! 70 dollars worth of food and no respect at all!!
Delish my first time indulging at this establishment I was told about it I thought it would be like romaine noodles with chicken but it wasn't the noodles or delicious I had the buffalo style noodles with chicken grilled perfectly I will be going back to the place in the future whatever town it may be in.
Cesar side salad was okay, mac of the mac n cheese was a little too al dente... Prices are kind of high for my tastes, easy to spend over 10 $$ for a meal that is really nothing special.
This was my first time eating from this place. Food was ok, not great. Price was outrageous! I thought it was going to be a big platter for 2 or 3 when I heard the price and it turned out to just be a normal size meal and drink. $21 for a party of one. !?!
Service was good and the restaurant was clean, but food simply wasn't anything special. Flavor was lacking and nothing special. Would opt to get noodles somewhere else, either a local italian or asian joint.
