My family and I were very hungry and ended up having dinner here, and it was a great decision! It's not a very formal place, but the food was still very good and the staff was very patient and kind. We got Original Palestine, Classic Falafel, Shawarma salad, and Medina Bowl. They were all very tasty! I wouldn't say it was very authentic, but the flavor was definitely there! The food was not out-of-this-world, but still very delicious!
My son and I had the Original Palestine Sandwich. He had chicken and I had the beef, which was a nice gyro flavored sandwich. My son loved the chicken, he had his spiced up. Nice selection of vegetables and spices.
I came on a Tuesday at 1pm, but it was not super busy. Mary, one of the staff, greeted each customer who entered and was very friendly and helpful - 10/10 on customer service. Food came out in just a few minutes, and let me just say that "fast food" should not taste so good. I got the shawarma salad with both chicken and beef: tender, well-seasoned meat; fresh, crisp vegetables; crunchy pickles; and flavorful spicy and garlic tahini sauces. But, the real winners were the falafel bites - crunchy, lightly fried, light, and packing flavor. Very yum!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sandwich, salad, and rice bowl options.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free salad options.
The food and the customer service were amazing. The Original Palestine and Medina Bowl we’re both so good. Would definitely eat here again.

Smells a little weird inside but the staff is friendly and the food is delicious. Soda selection is weak.I got the Juicy Jerusalem and Original Palestine, both very good and fresh.Definitely recommend for a quick bite for lunch.
Every sandwich is good here. To go orders are always fresh and perfect. Best place for lunch in the area.
Fantastically fresh and tasty food that you still feel good about well after eating. Great location and setting. Very clean establishment, and exceptionally good service. Food is also served pretty fast and their carry out dishes are just as nice as the rest of the place. Cannot ask for more. (The cleanliness of the place [including bathroom] makes up for this by far but just for some constructive criticism, there was a funky smell that was very noticeable upon walking in. It did smell fine after but I was probably used to it by then)
Really really tasty, but little pricey. Probably not out of range with other central west restaurants.
