Ordered a chopped Savannah salad, a cup of broccoli cheddar soup and tea. The tea and soup were good. The salad was heavy on full pieces of spinach and lettuce and skimpy on the other ingredients in this salad. One half full small plastic of dressing which was not near enough for this full size salad. The total cost - $18.xx. Very disappointed and won’t be going back. The wait staff was very welcoming and friendly though.
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with no tomatoes or bacon. Both were all over it. My daughter's roast beef sandwich was more hard fat than beef. I waited forever while people behind the counter acted like I wasn't there. So disappointing since this used to be a fav of my family's.

This place has wonderful home-cooked style food without high prices. It's just a great family place to have a delicious cooked meal. Their specialty are there huge spuds with all the different flavors but they have great sandwiches, soups, and fun desserts
I asked for them to start utilizing tamper evident packaging when going through third parties such as Door Dash. They quickly listened and escalated my concern. An obvious demonstration of customer advocacy. Thank you McAlister’s !
Food tasted great (portions are a little small). One of our sandwiches wasn't made quite to specifications but given just how busy they were I'm not all that surprised. One of the staff members who was taking orders deserves a raise and a promotion. He had a wonderful positive personality. Give that man a commendation.

This location has a difficult hiring, training and retaining staff. They have had to close due to a lack of personnel. Their kitchen does not follow directions very well, making my sandwiches incorrectly far too often. Check your food before you eat it or leave with your to-go order.
Whenever coming to dine in within this location, it is an okay experience. Customer service is questionable but the food and portions are good. When ordering takeout or via doordash, expect a horrible experience if this location is preparing it. More than twice have i ordered something and has my food come in a third of the size it usually is in while missing more than 1 ingredient (usually the meat). When calling to see how to handle it, whether i should come and acquire a new one or retrieve a refund i am simply met with a quick “let me put you on hold” for more than 10 minutes.
