This place is incredible. Every time I drive past it and see an empty table I want to ditch my plans and sit down for biscuits. Went with friends for brunch and we couldn’t decide, so we got aWhistle Stop (Cornmeal fried green tomato, thick cut bacon, Iceburg lettuce, Sriracha aioli), The Amazing Barrett(Sausage patty, scrambled egg, tater tot hash brown, pancake syrup) and aSandwich #4 (Fried chicken thigh tossed in our signature sweet & spicy wing sauce, house made ranch, Iceburg lettuce, tomato). Plus a biscuit and gravy FLIGHT and flawless mimosas. And the person who waited on us was just a blast and we wanted for nothing. Immediately one of my top brunch choices.
Staff was very friendly. Mackenzie did a great job. Food came out fast. We got the gravy flight and triple grilled cheese with pickle soup. Everything was so good! Interior is super cute and awesome Bloody Mary. Will definitely be back!
This is an up and coming restaurant that has a lot to offer. If you are a biscuit fan then this is your breakfast place. They have integrated their breakfast menu around their delicious bacon biscuits.
A friend and I went for our very first time on Saturday. Had Fried Green Tomatoes and Chicken and Biscuit Pot Pie…..WONDERFUL food!!!!!! And the staff was incredibly friendly!!! Will definitely be going back.

Dined at the new Mama 2's Biscuits this weekend and really enjoyed our food and experience! No reservations are allowed, but on Saturday morning at 10:00 am we didn't even have a wait, so that was nice!We started with the Gravy Flight which is a must! It comes with your choice of 3 types of gravy and 4 large handmade biscuits! Highly recommend the bacon fat gravy!We then shared the Sandwich #4 which is similar to a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich in between handmade biscuits. We also shared the Amazing Barrett which was very good, especially since it was drizzled with pancake syrup!We will definitely be back!FYI...this is located in the old 3 Monkey's!
Great place to grab brunch if you are craving various forms of biscuits and gravy. The menu has numerous biscuit sandwiches and a pretty tasty biscuit flight if you want to try a variety of gravies. It is also a great place if you are vegetarian as they have both vegetarian biscuit and gravy options. Great brunch cocktails as well! Friendly staff and excellent service. Definitely worth checking it out!
My husband and I ordered takeout this morning and we were disappointed to say the least. The sausage was burnt and hard, the biscuits as you can see, very dry. We probably won’t be returning. My husband got a side of potatoes with his breakfast sandwich and that sadly was the best part. (The sandwich is called the amazing Barrett.) not amazing at all today.
Biscuits are large and yummy. We all favored the sausage gravy. My husband has been on the quest for biscuits and gravy since Edibles and Essentials stopped doing brunch. He finally found one comparable. Very good.
