Horrible Customer, rude and disrespectful.I ordered 100 wings and paid in full in advance I sent my brother to pick up the chicken with the receipt. He was told someone else picked up my chicken. I had to leave my event because No one at the restaurant would answer the phone. I arrive at the store and no one is working I had to keep saying excuse me. Finally Mack came when I tried to tell him what happened and he got IRRITATED and told me not to come back.

Food is actually really good, unfortunately the customer service ruined my satisfaction of the food. An older guy who answers the phone and also takes orders inside is extremely rude. This is my second day in a row feeling unhappy leaving this restaurant despite having some of the best chicken I’ve tasted. It’s really sad to have such great food represented by such a rude customer service staff.

They have some good chicken but they have the WORST customer service I've ever experienced! If you call to place an order, (the online order option is NEVER on), they don't give you a chance to say anything. The only thing they say is "we're only taking orders via phone for 50 pieces & over" then they hang up! Mind you I drove a distance to order then had to wait dang near 2hrs for a 12 piece chicken! Whew Chile! I used to overlook their horrible customer service due to the food being good but I can't any longer! Mack needs to understand that without customers there will be no Mack's Chicken! It should not be hard to be nice to people who help keep your business going! JUST PITIFUL & DISGUSTING!

I love trying new places to dine and was told about Macks Chicken. Well today I decided to give them a try. I called about items that were being avertised in the menu we saw online. I don't know who the gentleman was that answered but he spoke like he was foreign. He proceeded to immediately snap back about the ad being false directly after I inquired about it, then after about a two min exchange of going back & fourth with me about the ad wich I tried to explain I was only asking about, he hung up the phone in my face. How very unprofessional, rude & insulting. I will be sure to blog about this establishment when I return home and warn all of my colleagues to avoid this establishment by any & all means. If this is how they welcome treat new customers, they can keep it!!! ( wish I can remove the one star I gave, they deserve none!)

Order a 100 piece wings for our family event on Christmas Eve. Chicken was not the same. It seemed like they took to many orders and wasn’t able to handle all them orders. Our chicken was hard and not fresh like usual. Kept calling to let them know we wasn’t pleased with the chicken. They owner kept hanging up without even listening. 150.00 down the drain

Food is good. Customer service needs work. Customers expect good service along with good food when they’re spending their money on your product, Mack. Take care of your customers and your customer will take care of you by bringing you more business. Simple as that.

It's a different take on fried chicken. Food was fresh and hot. Lemon pepper seasoning is included on chicken and fries. Counter person was very professional although it was obvious she was new to the job and not familiar with how to alter orders. Her boss was not as "customer friendly" and needs to recognize customers are the reason she is in business.

Terrible customer service, rude, and I will not further patronize.

Chicken was well seasoned fries tasted like old grease but the thing that makes me never wanna come back was the customer service it was without personality bland and borderlines rude I felt as if they were doing me a favor by selling me a small 3 piece for almost 10$ bucks I’m a big customer service person so I won’t be back

HORRIBLE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVERYBODY IN THERE IS HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH THEM.
