Incredible food, very nice dine-in setting. Appears to be a mom-and-pop situation? Hostess takes no nonsense, I love it. Prices are good; mid range, which is a great deal for food this good.

With the exception of the noodles, I would say everything was either from frozen, microwaved or both. It was more expensive than my normal spot so I expected a better experience. Such a shame. Specifically I would stay away from pot stickers, chicken and the pork. Vegetables were actually really good.

I come here for the dim sum, but dine in. I’m shocked to see all the bad reviews, but after reading them, they’re all related to a delivery service, not the restaurant, making them very misleading. We were the only ones seated for a meal, so we could hear everything, and there must have been 25-30 orders picked up from door dash, umber eats, or grub hub in the mere 45 minutes of us dining. Of those, 2 large orders canceled after they had already made the food and were waiting for it to be picked up. I felt for the owner, who was on the phone trying to resolve it, but lost so much to the canceled orders. Those services who charge 20% plus the delivery takes awhile are really making people miss out on hot fresh food. Go for dine in, or get take out directly from them, the food is really great (especially when it’s hot).

Worsted good I’ve ever had . The front desk was very very rude ignored us like 15 minutes and when we ordered our coke and asked the straw she ignored us , after we asked 3rd time she threw the straw in counter and also kung pao chicken was not cooked. The chicken smelled very raw and fried rice had a very weird pork taste. I swear if you want to waste your day then be here

This place is drastically underrated! I was nervous to try Lulu's but I'm glad I did. We had the juicy dumplings, shrimp and pork wonton in red chili sauce, chicken fried rice and hot braised chicken. Everything was very good. The only thing I would comment on is that I expected spicy with hot braised chicken and it was not spicy at all and the fried rice is not very "St. Louis" style fried rice, its lighter/cleaner and i dont mind that. I'm excited to try some more next time!

the most satisfying during the meal were the house cucumbers and the hot tea. the beef in the eggplant and beef was a little sketchy. enough to turn me off from eating it when i’m not a picky eater, but the eggplant and the sauce itself was quite good. the potstickers were subpar. the soup dumplings were average. the prices are great, and i think if you stick to veggie entrees and the carbier options, it would be a pretty decent meal for the price. it definitely doesn’t raise a candle to places like corner 17. the meal was overall pretty average. nothing to write home about but nothing to be too disappointed over.

Worth the wait! I have a Chinese American friend who's parents ran a restaurant. It's tough when it's a small operation. As another review said "Be Patient and Kind" these are people just trying to manage without enough help. The food is the closet authentic Chinese I've had since moving from Boston. We had the eggplant and black bean chicken. Both were very good not greasy!

Sometimes it gets super busy and you have to wait a while. Door dash, Uber eats, grub hub and regular orders fly in there at record speed. Somehow the kitchen and the man (I assume owner) manage to get it all done. It does take a while sometimes but I assure you it is worth it. I waited an hour and ten mins from the time I put my online order in until I walked out the door with my order. Then I drove it all the way back to Illinois.IT WAS WORTH IT!So if you work for one of the food delivery places or are ordering for yourself, keep in mind if you need food within thirty minutes maybe you should try this another day you have more time to wait.Food is excellent. Service is as great as it possibly can be considering the way the staff is so busy.Be patient, be kind, enjoy some great tasting Chinese!Thank you!

I honestly think this is the worst food, the sketchiest, and most bland I’ve had in my life. I could recreate the food to be 1000% better at home. Glad i know since I just moved here. The Midwest seems to have the worst food. Please STAY AWAY from this place at all costs! The pork is really weird and sketchy looking. I threw it out before I could take a picture.

One order looked as though they cleaned the deep fryer into our take out? I wouldn’t have given one star, but that is the lowest rating one can give!
