Parking at this location can be a challenge. The egg tart is good and have gotten smaller over the years. At least it’s not so small that you can put the whole egg tart into your mouth. The crust was nice a flaky, like it should be. The typical dim sum dishes, har gow and shui mai are good. The sticky rice, rather one large portion, it’s now two smaller portions which still can be shared. The bbq pork, char siu, is good. The have both the steam and baked pork buns. Don’t remember if they have congee. From other reviews about the lady at the front. They are correct she does have an attitude. Be kind. The type of customers that she have encountered could be a reason for her attitude. There are some customers that are very special and there’s nothing you can do to please them. Then there are the one where they say there’s a hair in the food. The hair is blond, brunette, or red, while all the employees hair are black.

Foods have been good. Love the staff there, except one lady at the front desk who has been consistently rude, unprofessional and unreasonable. I still go eat there, though. My experience with that one lady is the same as many folks who mentioned her in their reviews. Maybe she’s the owner and doesn’t care?? She micro-manages everything, and I feel the pressure she places on other people who work there. Behavior-wise, she once asked me if I was from Vietnam and pointed me to pick up my pre-ordered food on the table myself…in pretty offensive tone, but that’s okay. Maybe she’s tired. I just said okay and asked which one.Anyone who still goes eat there could be pretty loyal like me, and we just don’t want the entire establishment ruined by one person, hence my 3-star review.Honestly, I rarely post a review, but if the store owner is reading this, please let the front desk lady know: we are customers, not your teenage kids, but still I don’t think anyone should treat other people the way she has treated restaurant customers.

My hot & sour soup was cold. The waitress was not very helpful, when I told her. The Salt and Pepper Flounder took a really long time. My husband was almost finished with his food by the time I got it. It was a very generous portion of fish. I put half in a go box but as I was eating the rest, I discovered 2 partially crushed bees in the shredded cabbage under the fish. We left all of the extras and wanted to just pay and leave after the manager adjusted the check. Unfortunately the cashier was rude and challenged the adjustment. I had to tell her that there were bugs in my food. I did not want to do that so other people could hear it, but she pressed the issue with people standing near us.I thought this was an ok place as I had been there once for dim sum, but I will never go back again.

Very good and authentic Chinese food. Our best dishes were the fried fish and the Peking duck. Service was good. Plenty of parking.

Ordered on Ubereats..... Seafood soup with tofu. This was basically egg drop soup with bits of shrimps and yep....egg droppings and tofu. I don't eat dairy. I have pics to show. No utensils sent. I don't post reviews to disrespect businesses, I post to help customers that want value for their money and this order was like something from a cheap Chinese restaurant but worth with much higher price and wait time.

Absolutely delicious and prices reasonable. If you go in for the dim sum you will not be disappointed! Be sure to check the days they offer table side dim sum before you go. Older building on the outside but fabulous on the inside and the food will not disappoint!

DELICIOUS! The service was great, with very attentive wait staff. Food was out quickly and was soooo good. Not to mention, the food was very reasonable for such a great experience. I can’t recommend this place enough

The food is not good at all. Food is not hot enough for dimsum dishes. There was no menu in this place. The food was order/ served by people walking to us with carts of food and we were so confused about which one to choose.

Good food, never had Dim Sum before so the experience of having someone come around with a tray and being able to sample multiple dishes was fun. Im not a big tea drinker but the tea was really, really good. Only complaints I'd have was that we had to ask for water and only got 1 glass. We were never offered any refills on the water either, even though their were multiple members of the waitstaff walking around with pitchers and offering refills to other tables. The tea more than made up for that. Also, the waitstaff spoke VERY quietly and was not very adept at explaining the dishes they were offering, luckily my companion had Dim Sum before and was able to identify the dishes on the cart. Still was a good experience and I'll be visiting more in the future.

Food was good but majority of the people who works here just makes the experience very unpleasant especially the lady at the check out counter. She’s very rude. I think out of the 6 staff members whom we interacted with, only 1 was pleasant. Probably the last time we’re coming to this place.
