Had a good day at the store. Staff was polite and food was fresh
I have to say I was in a fairly good mood when I entered to order. I placed my order the young lady told me how much my order was, I got the money out of my purse set it on the counter and ask what the change amount was again and then I pulled another dollar amount and handed it to her. I notice she didn't pick up the money off the counter she was waiting for me to pick it up to hand it to her. I did and then she comments " I don't know why folks put the money on the counter " I commented that I didn't realize that was a deal and that it's her counter she tells me that's bogus. I just thought this was just plain rude and unnecessary. I looked for a number to contact owner there was none listed. The employee was not wearing a badge identifying herself. But I think this attitude and rudeness is enough to keep me out this establishment.
First time having this place and it was amazing! The flavor of the chicken was unique and had a little kick to it; the baked beans were amazing as well, they tasted really homemade and flavorful! I definitely recommend this place to tourists.
I honestly don't see the point in advertising "dine in" when they are always "closed", yet staff be sitting on their phones, as if they were dining in themselves. ??? Aside from that, this place NEVER has wings after dark (I have tried 4 different times after 7pm). One would think they would figure this out by now. I have, and I am never coming back. lol
They got my order down to a T everything was fresh and hot the only thing they didn't offer me any sauces but yet I didn't ask so everything was great they were fast as well
Order a medium cup of buffalo double dippers and you'll win!!! Most likely the same happens if you prefer them with BBQ sauce or plain. Great fast food place with a smile. I love how they greet as you're walking in. And please don't sleep on their gallon of lemonade. A terrific thirst quencher!
The family loved the chicken. And the potato wedges were nice and hot. The liver and gizzard were not so good. They did not taste like they were just freshly cooked and had no seasoning. I will not purchase the liver and gizzard at this location again.
Went through the drive-through at the Lee‘s chicken at 7232 Natural Bridge Rd, St. Louis, MO 63121Ordered a famous chicken sandwich and wages. I got a spicy chicken sandwich instead not only that the chicken was dry on top no breading you can see that this chicken sandwich was old. My fiancé ordered gizzards, potato wedges and corn on the cob. When he pulled the corn on the cob out of the bag , there was six kernels on it and the corn cob itself was black. When we return to take the food back we was greeted with an attitude manager never came to the front. The little girl that came to the counter was like do you want your money back or do you want your food Re-did. There was no apology, we were also told to throw the food away ourselves we’re standing in the lobby she could have at least taking the food and threw it away they never bothered to even look at it thoroughly. It was if though they gave us food out of the garbage can. I would never patronize this place again.Bad food and bad service
Gizzards were too salty and soggy. Not crispy at all. Taste like it was preheated from being cooked a day before.Potatoes and green beans were good.
I love this Lee's chicken and the staff quick and very nice ? the manager she's a doll always makes it right for you I will be back soon
