We went to get the free July 4th donut. The strawberry donut I got had no filling. I went back through the drive thru to ask about it, and the lady looked at another one that must not have had filling, then she handed me a donut out the window uncovered (very unsanitary). When I looked at it, it didn't have filling either, and she told me it did. We were disappointed. We bought two donuts, along with getting the two free. They charged $2.12 for each of the other donuts. Also, the icing on top did not look like the one's shown in advertising. The cookies on top donut was good. That was the only highlight. Disappointed in our visit.
Young girl at the Cash Register was kind of Rude. Acted like she didnt want to do her job. But the other lady came up and did her Job!
How about updating your fing hours since it says drive through 24 hours. And don't give me the covid bull because we've been dealing with covid for over 2 years now you couldn't update it in 2 years. As a note I was trying to get 4 dozen for my employees at 5am.
Honestly, today's vist was pathetic. No dinning room open really takes away from the experience and in addition we were given the wrong donuts. Plus $9,for 6 donuts is horrible!!!
Don't order online. Such a waste of time. I specifically ordered online to avoid the line that constantly wraps around the building because this location refuses to open their lobby. When I placedy order it states based on state laws if the lobby isn't open follow directions at the store. Well there is nothing that tells you to wait in a long line even though you have already ordered online. Just a sign that says drive through only, nothing about online ordering, why would I think that I would have to wait in line to pick up an order they have sitting on a table near the front door? So once I was able to ask the person in the drive thru window she tells me I have to get in line and wait 15 min for an order that is done. Once I got to the window the blonde lady that was working the window tells me a total for someone else's order, I said I have an online order. She replied with an attitude and asked why I didn't tell them that at the order screen. I said I have already ordered that's why I didn't order at the screen. She rudley said "whats the name?" while rolling her eyes like a teenager walked away after slamming the window. The entire time she was helping me three people stood in the drive thru window doing nothing. Why don't one of those people stand at the door for pick up orders? What a waste of time the online ordering was. They have an option for delivery, I'm guessing the delivery driver would have to wait in line and order again the way I had to? Totally inefficient and rude customer service. I know that Krispy Kreme ultimately doesn't care about this review so this is purely to warn anyone that thinks online ordering will save you a long wait. It won't and it apparently gets you and extra side of attitude when you don't order your order again after waiting in a long line.
Lady in the drive through was very kind. Love the glazed donuts!!!
The girl at the drive-through window was awesome. The doughnuts were not apparently they've cut the hours of operation and the menu is greatly reduced if you get there in the evening. The donuts I did get were stale dry and the donuts that were supposed to be filled had almost no cream in them. And the price is gone up so I paid extra for DRY STALE EMPTY SHELLS. Is Krispy kreme will never see another one of my dimes.. Really disappointing I won't be back.
Arrived at the drive thru about two hours after they opened and they were out of their spring mini doughnuts. That was the only reason I went. 1 to 1.5 hours before they would have more.
I love Krispy Kreme donuts, they're my favorite. While out running around in South County we decided to stop at KK. We tried to go in, NOPE, drive thru only. We ordered a dozen variety glazed donuts. Drove away with our donuts, opened the box, no glazedDonuts!!! All the donuts were jelly filled, creme filled, dripped in chocolate with sprinkles. No plain glazed donuts. Not hot or fresh. You could tell they were day old. The KK donuts you can buy at Dierbergs are better!!! I will return to KK, just a bad day for them. ?
We used to love this store, but now that it's drive-thru only, and I don't drive, we can't get donuts. Thanks for nothing, Krispy Kreme! Guess you don't mind losing customers!
