Well I need not say how incredible the donuts are because everyone knows it. But I will say the employees were very nice and helpful and put on a good show making the donuts. Restaurant was very clean and organized. When you’re in the mood for donuts stop by this Kristy Kreme, you won’t be disappointed!
Definitely gave me day old donuts. The day of Krispy Kreme donuts are always soft and melt in your mouth, even after hours. But the next day they get a little dry and the glaze becomes flaky and dull. I bit into one from my dozen that was supposed to be fresh, and was met with dryness
We don't have Krispy Kreme in Vt. So whenever I get to Missouri I always get my fix. This store was 100% wonderful. Would recommend it to my friends and family.
My last time here, because you never know what you're going to get. Every now and then the donuts are good. They keep the hot now sign lit, but the donuts are stale. I think they just warm the glaze, and give you stale donuts. This location also has the worst service. Will never patronize this location again.
Krispy Kreme is always good, however we bought the new Cinnamon Toast Crunch doughnut and the Cinnamon Toast was stale. Overall, it tasted good, but they need to make sure of the freshness of specialty ingredients.
Ordered 4 glaze and 2 lemon filled donuts. The lemon filled were stale, I was too far away to return them. It's always something with this location....but the glazed were fine this time.
Only complaint is the last 2 times I stopped here when the light was on for hot donuts, they weren't even warm. A little disappointing but they were still great.
Loved the donuts...tried glazed, strawberry glazed, lemon filled and chocolate custard filled. All were so nice and fresh.
Honestly, this is the only Krispy Kreme I visit here in St. Louis because they are the BEST!!!!! Very friendly and professional staff and if you ask for a hot fresh Glazed Donut.. they get it ready!! ??? I used the drive-thru and it took me under 10 minutes. They earned all 5 stars ?
I arrived with my 6yr old son one afternoon to order donuts just six donuts. He never had this place before so he was exited. Go to the window she tells me my total is $4.32 I gave her a five dollar bill and she gives me change. I then wait at the window and then the cashier asked for my receipt back and ask if I can pull around front. I thought this was strange considering only order six donuts so was out front for about 35minutes before I finally came back to the window after watching six cars and people in the lobby was served way bigger orders than mines. so I pulled back to the window and just was ignored till finally one of the cashiers comes to the window and I ask for a refund. With no expansion they give me a refund with no apology for waiting 40 minutes there.
