Dirty and terrible service, embarasment to KFC brand. Came in with three children needed to use restroom before eating. The manager told us the bathrooms were flooded, we ended up hand sanatizing our hands before eating. Right after we set down to eat, they let in some random people to use their restroom who didn't even order food.
I ordered a 3piece box 2 breast 1 leg, i told them slaw with fries they gave me mash potatoes instead, the meal is like 12 bucks they over charged me at 16 and change...this was a Sunday afternoon...they weren't busy at all. There's no excuse for the rushed service and bad attitude in the drive thru?
The lady at the drive thru box was rude and wouldn't let me ask any questions I had about what was on the menu. And I ended up with items I didn't want and wasn't sure how I ordered them and didn't get what I did order. The lady at the window told me I didn't order something I know I did but I'm guessing being rude to new customers is company policy.
Drive thru is weird. Need to put a sign directing you to KFC and Smoothie King. I had to drive back around and turn to get to the drive thru. The food was delicious as always.
Needed to get a quick bite before a concert and this place came through. We were strangers in a big town and the people working here were super nice. Food came extremely fast and it was hot and fresh. Thanks St. Louis for an awesome experience
I'm giving two stars for the delicious chicken sandwich, fries & biscuit. Everything fresh, hot, crispy. It was a really good sandwich. Another star for the clean & attractive dining room. But I have zero stars for service. When I came in, no one was minding the counter, the cook had to search around for someone. Then finally, once my order was taken and I paid, they completely forgot about me for nearly 15 minutes. I was the only customer in the store. How do you forget about the only customer? Eventually, I was able to get someone's attention, but they seemed put out that they needed to be reminded to put the order together. It's a new business so I realize there can be issues, and I hope they're able to work out this kind of service glitch - especially if they ever hope to have more than one customer at a time.
Drive-thru closed due to short staffing…understandable. After placing my order inside the restaurant I was informed they were out of basically everything except legs and thighs. No where is this posted and should be told prior to customers placing an order.Also, the manager on duty was using profanity and being very rude to the front end worker. First and definitely last time visiting this location.
The St. Louis N 12th St KFC location food is sub par and the manager Loretta has poor customer service. My 01/30 order consistent of watered down coleslaw, mushy mac and cheese, weird smelling mashed potatoes etc. In addition to the poor food quality, manager up charged me for extra white meat since they were out of thighs. I explained to her she could not punish the customer for poor inventory management, to which she stated the order before mine got the last thighs. In addition the manager refused to refund my money stating that the transaction was done. Avoid KFC; Lee's chicken may be a better choice.
Worst customer service ever.. pulled up to the drive thru because the speaker wasn’t working and they wouldn’t take my order… then lied to say there’s no more food.. and I clearly see food..Thais was my first experience.. 2nd experience order online for a corporate meeting food came hot and on time… however no condiments in the bag… with my chicken tender order. also ordered fries and the gave me coleslaw… I called the store the young lady told me to bring my food back.. and hung up.. poooorrrrrrrr customer service
I don’t eat fast food often but had a taste for the original KFC. This was less than original and reminded me of why I don’t eat FF. Pass. No napkins for the unoriginal chicken either.
