I placed an order online by the time I drove 15 minutes to pick up you order they told me they didn't have any chicken besides chicken strips they also did not offer any conversation for the switch and they also was not even offered a refund because it wasn't to go order and I didn't bring my card with me I will never eat there again
They were having issues with the ordering process, the drive through was messing up. But the app for me was messing up as well so the wonderful woman working the drive-thru went above and beyond to help me and take my order, and was super nice! And to top it all off the food was hot fresh and delicious! I will definitely go back!
I went thru the drive up and ordered baked chk. The girl said it would take 25 mins. Ok Mow b4 I leave the window after paying, I asked if I could get a refill. She said No. I called n the restaurant will waiti g and spoke with Tim. He said sure. Now when the girl brought my order to the car. I started to ask about the refill and she walked away. I then went inside and asked could I get a refill. I got a lot of negative thoughts and then I asked for the mgr Tim and he's standing there listening to myself and the girl that works there and he said nothing. So I asked for Tim and behold he's standing there watching the conversation. I asked if I could get a refill and he said yes. What I had to go through to get a refill. Never will go back.
It says closed at 10 met by person said it was closed at 830.This shows that the place is understaffed and will likely fall into the standard trait of crappu fast food in st louis. Two stars for now.
Wrong order was delivered and DoorDash claimed I had to contact KFC on Big Bend (St. Louis, Mo.) directly but the store number was constantly busy and then began saying they were not accepting calls, an hour and a half before closing time. The order recieved is not equal in value to what I ordered, its addressed to someone else entirely with a time listed 3 hours prior to delivery. Not Happy.
This KFC location is an exceptional restaurant. Every single time I have the pleasure of visiting it is a delight! Someone is doing something right and I applaud all of you as a team. The service is from another planet because the cashiers are so unbelievably nice. And thank you to the young lady that once again made it a happy journey and our bellies happy.. We went through the drive thru and the service was fast and efficient. We had two orders and the voice from the speaker said no problem what can i get for you, wow great wow is all I can say. Thanks 5 stars. Oh and the food perfect as expected!
They accepted my online order, completed my online order, and when I arrived an hour before they closed all I was greeted with was, "we are closed". When I tried to explain I was here to pick up my online order they just marked as ready for pick-up, again, "we are closed". No explanation, no apology, and now, like many other, no more repeat business. Shut this store down.
The girl that took our order and handed it out to us was awesome, very friendly. Probably the best worker kfc has, I just wish I got her name so she could be recognized for her positivity and efficiency
Placed online order. Pulled up the drive-thru. Was told they were closed for the next 25 minutes because they had no food. Asked what I should do because I'd already paid and wondered if I could get a refund or something. No answer. Pulled up to window, people inside but wouldn't acknowledge. Tried to call but no answer. Awesome.
Chicken was very moist and tasty. My order was ready quickly.
