Lazy employees, walk like turtles, they overcook the chicken because it takes so long to walk over and turn fryer off! Unreal! Rude and NEVER SAY THANKS HAVE A GOOD DAY! WHY DO PEOPLE IN FOOD SERVICE JUST SHOVE BAG IN YOUR FACE AND NOT SAY A WORD???!! No wonder everything is shutting down on certain areas . Push good people out and find out how fun your neighborhood is.
Went through the drive-thru. Who ever was at that window, does not need to work there period. Nasty attitude. I dont get why these people get hired. These companies make money off of US, the customers. Every time I’ve been here its like you are wasting their time… All of them need training. And also the prices on the menu, dont match what the receipt says. It’s Always more.
Some of the employees are nice but when I asked for condiments they acted like they didn't have any until I asked for my money back
Ordered delivery through Uber Eats. Email receipt stated that it had been delivered. If it was delivered it was to someone else. Wife, grandson, and I are eating crackers as a substitute.
First time for me at this store and the service thru drive- in was excellent, staff was so upbeat and friendly and my food delicious. Will definitely go again.
The manager was awesome. Made me aware that the original recipe chicken I requested was going to take 20 minutes instead of selling me some old chicken

This is the first time in years that I've got bad chicken from KFC at South Grand & Gravois.The chicken had no seasons on it and was half cook.To top it off, I took it back and they gave me another bucket of bad chicken.I thew $14.00 away!!!
