I placed a mobile order, drove to the store, only to find that the doors were locked and there was no staff inside. The drive through had a small piece of paper that said “out” on it, and there was no other indication of what was going on. This was at 11:15 am on a Monday. Due to KFC’s poor customer service availability and badly designed mobile app, I still HAVE NOT received a refund for the food I never got to eat.
We went through the drive thru at 7:30. The person taking the order was rude and very short. We pulled up to the window to receive the food, He shortly blurted out the total, snatched the card from my hand and shoved the food out the window and didn't offer a receipt. He rudely told another vehicle that pulled up to the speaker that they were closed (posted hours say 9pm). He asked if we wanted any condiments and then tossed a handful at me. Upon getting home, the gravy lid was off and all over the bag, and the biscuits were just thrown in the bucket. This is THE WORST service I have ever received from this location. Very poor people skills and horrible attention to detail.
We just bought a 16 pice meal no gravel with potatoes. Really! Then they will not answer there phone
No such thing as Quick Pick Up at this location. Website says nothing about dining room closed and no information for how to do a Quick Pick Up. Don't bother trying to call they won't answer. Plan on waiting in the long as drive thru lane for your Quick Pick Up.
I ordered bucket of chicken with large mash potato and and biscuit..for $25.52..when i got home and eat...I dont have gravy at all and their biscuit is hard as stone ..it just wasting of money to buy food here .supost to be no star for them ,but i can not post my comment without hitting the star..i just want to share my experience on this food store at union rd. I never buy to the abymore.
I went through the drive-thru right around the building drove around the building the two guys were in the back you can tell they were smoking pot cuz you can smell that but we didn't say nothing but we ordered 8 piece chicken tender it got a bucket full of some real greasy chicken it was Not. chicken tenders at all after we did our running around the kids got into that chicken other and find out what's the chicken tenders tried calling they can't get no response it's the Kentucky fried Chicken on Union Road by the mall just a heads up make sure you look at your food before you drive off sad to say I won't be going back there anymore warning Kentucky fried Chicken on Union Road by South county Mall
Service with a smile regardless of not having enough employees. Nowadays you get lucky too have a young man dedicated to keeping the store open, like there is at this location...
The potatoes taste better than a lot of other locations. Drive thru cashier was very pleasant. Great customer service
Not finger licking good anymore. Was ok at best. 4 stars because the service was actually really good and nice. Just the food hurts the stomach anymore. Never use to I wander if the recipe changed or if it's just personal...you try it and if I am wrong please let me know so I can correct my opinion I appreciate it
I frequent this KFC often and today I got a 3 piece meal. I was told there was an upcharge for a thigh substitution for a wing and I paid it. The past 3-4 times I've been there I have to check my order before I leave. Several times employees have forgotten my thigh and given me a wing. I was in a rush and did not check my order. I received a wing, plus it was the driest original chicken I've ever seen or tasted. The skin wasn't eatable. During my lunch break I called the store and the manager Natasha told me I needed to bring the food back. I'll save my money or go somewhere else in the future.
