The food is decent and usually everything is available. Now I'm concerned about the staff being able to clearly hear people in the drive thru. You take my order, I'm very specific about the coupon details and you get it wrong. $4.99 does not end at $6.45 with tax. They made the cost right and proceeded to act like they did me a favor by putting that chicken wing in there with the breast combo. Thank you but that's still your error. And tell your other staff not to stare at people. If it was up to me I'd never come back. Poor service.
Worst kfc in st.louis mo. I would highly reccommend going a few miles over to the kfc off olive. This kfc is ghetto. Employees have bad attitude when dealing with concerned customers . Its probably the only place off page that still has its insides closed so yeah if you dont want to wait in a 10 car line they dont want your buisness. Complete joke . Save your time and money . The popeyes next door is alot cleaner and they have inside dining. However its not much better either as there employees are also rude and i think the manager be getting high and forgetting to order what the store needs because the last 3 times iv been to that popeyes next door they are allways completly out of all side items except red beans with rice.
Slooooooow. Watching them cook my food was scary. Good thing I'm hungry.They asked everyone in the drive thru to change their order to make it easier to fill.I picked up. NO ORDERING IN STORE!
I ordered a 8pc bucket family meal etc. - guy at the window charged me twice and claimed it didn't read my card at first and didn't give me a receipt, which struck me as shady. Next day I noticed my bank in fact had the same amount charged twice (Well over $50 total). Absolutely ridiculous, and my bank is helping dispute this fraudulent double charge.
One of the worst place to eat fried chicken. Placed drive thru order & was asked to pull front as hot wings was yet to be fried. Waited for 15 mins & finally got my order. Looks like french fries was literally soaked in oil after frying them. Original recipe was not at all fresh & was soggy. Thought hot wings would be good but it was hot tasteless wings. Biscuits were not fresh either. Worst food worst KFC location.
The chicken is always fantastic. However their maudlin approach to keeping their dining room locked because of either extreme laziness or superb inability of being too incompetent to hire enough people to work in the dining room area is getting beyond frustrating.Most mask wearing mandates have been lifted KFC. It's okay to run the risk to have enough employees to work your dining room, front counter, and insure that you have fries, macaroni and cheese, and biscuits cooked.
Short line when I was there. Drive through went fine, wasn't slow. Everything was what I ordered. No problems.
The fried chicken wasn't as good as I was expecting it to be and the mac and cheese had a weird smell to it. The service was great though. The girl who received my order and gave it to me was very friendly and personable, I wish I got her name.
Horrible service. Menu changed and drive thru was so rude about it. And even after ordering, got home to find out my order is wrong. Ridiculous.
It was a bad experience. The woman in the drive thru was very rude, complaining about she should of been off work 45 minutes earlier and being very disrespectful to customers and when we asked for condiment she hist and threw them in the bag, no have a nice day or anything. I get it that you can be mad at the employer, but don't take it out on the customers.
