The food was amazing. I had the pork chop which was tender and the gravy was amazing. I would recommend anyone to go check out the food.
Would not recommend very ghetto black owned businesses be quick to say no one supports them but i am living proof that that is not accurate i planned a brunch with this wack a** establishment the owner was on board and knew the date and time he ALSO KNEW he had closed down, did not have the decency to even tell me about this, i can’t imagine if i had my people show up to a closed restaurant over 10 people attended my event not including me. That is just not how business should be handled!!!! Wack wack wack!!
I only gave this place 3 stars because the owner was super nice. But I ordered chicken tenders which were cooked from a bag already breaded they were hard n grosssss I also had Mac and cheese which was super salty and dry the yams were out of a can, greens were super salty as well. dressing taste like it was stove top stuffing. When I say the food was gross believe me. I will not be returning!

The best soul food cafe in Saint Louis , very professional . The owner is very friendly and was able to point me in the right food choices ;even with me being pescatarian the restaurant had a variety of food choices and I now eat there twice a week I love it .
Ordered the Voodoo Pasta and the smothered pork chops with yams, mac-n-cheese and greens. Very large portions; you’ll have lots of leftovers. Had to take a super long nap afterwards! Food was good, but seemed a bit over seasoned. Service was great!
