Waitress was really slow and not attentive during our dinner. Salads came out after a long wait and dinner entrées showed up right after, which didn't allow enough time to finish salads. My husband enjoyed his meatloaf but my chicken fettuccine was horrible! It was swimming in sauce, and it might be a STL thing to have Italian dishes with provel, but in fettuccine...tasted terrible! Not everyone likes provel, and it should be noted on the menu that it's used. I took the majority of it home for my daughter...who trashed it after one bite. Food quality was not worth the increased prices. I'd go back for the salad but it will not be my first choice of places to go for date night.

Walked in and rec'd a friendly greeting. Requested to order "to go" and was provided a menu. When I walked back up to the hostess to give my order with three staff members standing there and I was ignored, which felt like several minutes. Two were looking at me and the one who greeted me had her back to me. I had to wait for the girl whose back was to me and who provided the greeting and a menu to get any communication. I was then told I needed to wait for the "curbside staff" to take my order. After I was able to place my order and the three young ladies at the hostess stand continued started to complain about another staff member. I rec'd order and rec'd a friendly "thank you for coming." When I opened the bag, there weren't utensils or napkins. Assumed there would have been ketchup in the bag for my fries or they would have at least asked if I wanted ketchup. No ketchup. I ordered a cod sandwich with homemade chips, it wasn't bad but I would rather eat the cod sandwich from Culver's. The homemade chips were packaged frozen fries like the ones from McDonalds.

Service was horrible , had to.waited and hour for a cheeseburger and onion rings. Waiter brought onion rings , she brought them later after burger. Told her I did not want food because it was and hour late. Ask for manager he came over apologized. Said they were doing best that they can. Manager was not a good manager. I had to still pay for appetizers , and drinks, will not be going there ever again. Horrible horrible for first time experience. ☹☹

If you haven’t tried Joey B’s you’re missing out! Great atmosphere, and great food! Their burgers are amazing!

Every time we go we have no complaints! This time I got the Buffalo chicken salad and it was the best! Unfortunately they raised the drick prices but we’ll be back.

Bad experience with food. The waitress was friendly and we did not wait long for our food. However, after a few bites of my slaw, noticed a long dark hair down in it. Told the waitress and she apologized and told the manager. The manager never came over to our table. I paid the full bill for my wife and myself, and tipped the waitress, since the hair in food was not her fault. We will not be going to Joey B's anytime in the future.

My Husband and I finally got a chance to visit and it was by far a great experience…Our waitress was Awesome and the food was absolutely Delicious, we’ll definitely be back!

Very poor quality food. Go here if NOTHING else is open. No need to point out their poor quality regular items they’re comfortable serving. The simple appetizer spinach dip is gross just poor quality; the fried fish plate?! 5/10 soggy thin batter. The menus are old outdated and the place is worn, get with the times Get Quality Food!!!!

I ordered a burger and fries to go. By the time I got back to the office my burger was a burger sponge. The styrofoam box it was in was dripping with condensation when I pulled it from the plastic bag it came in. There was also moisture in the bag. Could not eat it. Threw it in the trash. It was a $13.99 burger on a $1.99 pretzel bun. What a waste. Never again!

One of the best place to dine inWelcoming auraEvery staff members are very professional attitudes
