takes an hour to receive the order. Rodney the delivery driver is lazy and always makes me walk downstairs & outside instead of bringing my order up to my department (4th floor).

Not open on the weekends. There is pretty much no where to eat near the arch or the financial district on the weekends. The places that were open were horrible.

I don't understand why this location is so much worse than any Jimmy John's I have ever been to. The bread is consistently stale and they have messed up most of my orders. I don't like leaving negative reviews but they also don't offer any other way to give feedback.
