I went twice while visiting. The first was around 10 PM on a Friday & it was super hot that day so the line was out the door. It definitely didn't move as quickly as I was hoping but I wanted to try it so I waited. I got the Texas Sheet Cake, which is a dairy-free option made with coconut milk & it was absolutely delicious. There wasn't too much coconut like some dairy-free ice creams, & it balanced well with the chocolate. I went with a large group & someone in my party got the flight. It came with 10 scoops which was honestly a great deal considering it would've been more if each person got their own cup. Highly recommend the flight option! The second time I went there wasn't a line & I got the Butter Cake & Strawberry Cream. The butter cake was super good and did compliment the strawberry, but the strawberry did have a tartness to it that I wasn't a huge fan of. When I saw cream in the title I thought it would be more sweet & creamy, not tart & slightly sour. Overall, I thought it was good, but I'm not sure if it's worth the price or the long wait lines.
One of the most amazing icecream in St Louis. They have variety of flavours to choose from including some really tasty dairy free options.
This place is so fun! We stopped by on a recommendation from our server at 55 South in Franklin (You need to go there!) and are so glad we did! The flavor choices were not only numerous, but there was quite a variety! We loved it so much, we went two nights in a row. I love that they allowed us to sample as many flavors as we wanted before making a decision! We went to two different locations and enjoyed both of them. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area.
I am ice cream lover and Jeni’s is one of my favorite places in the Central West End. The flavors never disappoint. There is usually a line outside the door, but don’t let that hold you back. It is worth the wait.
Nice range of flavors, had a scoop of blueberry/lemon, and a scoop of lavender in waffle bowl.Really good!
This is splendid. Options given, I would have rated this place with hundreds of stars! Right adjacent to the university area, the place is busy on the weekend night. The line was outside, however, it moves fast. The place looks hip and casual, perfect for a date. I ordered three kinds of chocolate scoops, in a waffle bowl. The darkest chocolate, chocolate with cake ( dark chocolate with some chunks of chocolate cakes in it), both of them were terrific. Highly recommended, if you are in this area.
HOLY F**K!!!!! Vanilla to die for. Flavors for days. The new flavor skillet cinnamon roll is so tasty. The gooey glaze inside and chunks of dough is wonderful. I'm truly impressed and love this ice icream. Thank you for being in my town.
Every time we visit an area, we always look to see if there's a Jeni's! We were in STL a couple of weekends ago. Both my GF and I bought three scoops each because we always want to try as many flavors as possible. The next day, we came in and bought FOUR scoops each to try different flavors! We LOVE their ice cream, and the staff is always friendly!
We arrived at Jeni's just moments before they closed (we are from out of town) and the staff was SO kind and welcoming! Their ice cream choices are unique and fun and all the flavors we tried were delicious! I especially appreciated Gluten-free labels on many of the ice cream flavors. We highly recommend Jeni's ice cream after a day of exploring in St. Louis! You will not be disappointed!
The staff was so nice and helpful; they really brightened my day. And the ice cream was delicious!
